They're firm enough to do the job without being too firm and hurting. They just smell very mild no strong plastic smells etc, easy to use without being too difficult. I love the little affirmations printed on and they came exactly as the colour in the photo describes. Nice colours, vibrant and good choice.

Bought for rehabilitation Struggled work work out which one was the softest to squeeze but more me and weakness!
