The collar for the small end tool does not keep it in place at all. It is just loose and therefore unusable. As somebody else mentioned, there are no quick release spring bars in the pack. However a range of sizes of spring bars are actually contained in the packs, altho the packs are labelled 1.8mm and 1.5mm (Ithink they mean cm!)
