I had have an uncle more than fish and chips, each time is last 3-4 weeks, I often can't even close my mouth , such a painful thing to experience, can't sleep and struggles to eat and drink. Since I started MCT coconut oi, I'm free of ulcer almost 4 weeks. It's amazing feeling in the last 3 years that I'm suffering with ulcers. I knew people can get ulcers time to time but you won't beleaguered how much and how often I experience with ulcers, yes, I was run down and have health condition is not easy to manage. I'd tried many of medication and any recommendations from friends non of that work to me.My ulcers disappeared almost 4 weeks, took 2 weeks before I can noticed. Decrease appetite, I lost some weight, my skin seems to be brighter, I hardly go out and spend time 99% indoor because of my health.Please try it may work for you. You'd find out is work for you or not in one bottle. One table spoon with black coffee in the morning

I have never taken MCT oil before and was a bit nervous as I have read that some people, particularly women can respond badly until they adjust. I took 1 teaspoon only and felt fine. Since then 2 teaspoons a day. My partner the same. We both feel better, more energetic and mind is a clearer. I am very surprised. I thought it would take a month at least, to have any effect at all. I am very pleased. My only problem is the plastic bottle. If only it was in glass. No one wants an oil product in a plastic container. It has no particular taste but is pleasant to eat & very nice on a salad as dressing with apple cider vinegar. I will try another brand because I want a glass bottle, otherwise I would continue to buy this for ever. I recommend it to buyers as it seems to be the real deal. Hopefully the company will start selling in glass.
