The oil can be extracted in more than one way, but cold-pressed oil is preferable as it allows the oil to retain its beneficial properties. Containing essential fatty acids: omega 6 & 9, and phytosterols, there are many supposed health benefits to taking this food supplement.

The media could not be loaded. I researched for natural alternative to help with bladder weakness. Pumpkin seed oil came up & seemed to promise less leakage & urge frequency.I have used for a month but have personally not noticed any improvement at all! Although my hair & skin are looking lovely😊I was disappointed when I received to find out you need to take 3 x capsules to get 3000mg dose. So each capsule is only 1000mg which is extremely misleading on the packet making it not as good value as I thought! So not 90 days supply only 30 !The capsules are easy to swallow no taste.Nutrition info states typically per daily dose ( not per capsule I noticed!)Pumpkin seed oil 3000mgLinoleum acid ( omega 6) 1350mgOleuc acid( omega 9)Free from artificial colour flavour & sweetener. These are tasteless answers a good price but please be informed that to get the recommended daily dose you need 3 capsules so these aren’t really as good value as you may initially think. They will last a month. I didn’t notice any difference but then I maybe didn’t give them long enough as I think with anything you’re meant to give it at least 3 months use.

This supplement is meant to be great for reducing hair shedding. I find them easy to take as the capsules are easy to swallow and I think it’s having a positive impact on my hair thickness as I’m loosing less hair.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I have alopecia areata and androgenic alopecia. I've had a bald patch of areata in the same place for 10 years. After 3 weeks of taking this daily, I've got baby hairs growing! I am so excited!As to the androgenic, I can't see any hairs yet, but my hair is definitely thicker so it isn't as noticeable. I'm hoping given a bit more time, this will start to grow too.And one thing of note, my constant shedding of hair has stopped. I've gone from handfuls when I wash my hair to the occasional strand! Just to add, I also started taking biotin at the same time.Overall, I'm very impressed so far 👍
