I purchased two of these. They are aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. Sometimes doesn't instantly work and the two main reasons for this is water above the recommended level. I tend to put slightly less in it and then I have not had the issue again. The other being limescale which inevitably would be an issue with most diffusers. Again simple maintenance helps. It doesn't come with an oils so you need to purchsse this separately. The texture on the outside isnt so easy to wipe as it has a rough texture which adds to the look of it overall but means not all means of wiping it is possible due to hewvy transfer of lint etc which isnt easy to remove. Long wire which helps with placement depending on where your sockets are. Variable emission as set by yourself and has a rim of light you can change the colours on with the press of a button each time to go through the colours on offer. This gives a nice hue of light which is lovely when walking into a darker room. Adds to the ambience. There is little point if its daylight or main lights on as its lost but otherwise a great feature that you can opt to use or not use. Great for a gift and definitely would recommend. Great price and once you have the oils and main unit is cheaper and safer than plug ins. The fire brigade assessing my house and installing fire alarms commented on plug ins being unsafe which is the verg reason I chose these in the first place.

I was looking for one to keep it under the table or behind the curtain, just for the aroma not the display purposes. It was big enough to hold water and looked steady and elegant. Have had many and they all end up not working or breaking up and being bit too much with that colourful extras and controllers. This one is good quality, so far working, makes almost no a sound, beautiful design , looks like a ceramic vase and amazingly priced for this quality.

I’ve had two of these for a few months and both still working well. Really easy to refill and clean out between uses. Non drip. Great alternative to candles. Gives off much more scent!

Produced great scent but lasted hardly any time. No way to control the output, unlike a smaller one I was given last year that sits in my car cup holder as well a working from mains in the house. This one looks good but having to constantly refill it was a pain. It also leaked a bit. The changing light colours were not important. Nor do I see the point of the remote control. Once it's on I just wanted it to stay on. Auto cut-off is a good feature but I think they all do that.The ceramic cover weights it well & gave it a nice sturdy feel but I honestly think these are overpriced (the Neom version doesn't even bear thinking about!!!). A nice scenter but needs a bigger reservoir to cope with the output rate.UPDATE: I was very impressed to be offered a free glass scenter to try by way of an apology for the faulty one. It is lovely to look at and like the ceramic one I originally bought, it scents beautifully. However, my main criticism stands: despite various buttons to vary function (on, timed or intermittent) there is no way to change the output so it only lasts a few hours before needing a refill. I have a smaller travel scenter with a similar size reservoir and an output speed that can be changed to be slower or faster. On the lower speed it will run for 9 hours or more so I don't have to refill it during the day. Shame this doesn't do the same. Still a nice scenter.FURTHER UPDATE- MARCH 2023The replacement scenter stopped working a few weeks ago. The 1st time it happened was about 6 months after it was sent to me. Turned out there was a blockage that just needed clearing out. Assumed it was the same this time, except that the start button was stuck. My husband found that an area at the bottom of the diffuser had melted both inside and out. I've twice used pure essential oils and the rest of the time have only used scent oils designed for such diffusers. I will be contacting the oils company but lots of my friends have used them for years with no problem so can only assume the issue is with the diffuser. Given it's an electric product the potential risk is clear. Not sure if this is a 'one-off' dodgy diffuser but I absolutely cannot recommend. I can only say AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Despite this being out of warranty, the seller has very kindly offered me a partial refund. Also said both this & the replacement are no longer being sold, which is good to know. Great seller, just check the goods carefully.

It's a gift for my sister-in-law. I only started it to see if it works and it does. It seems to work as well as my branded diffuser. It may not generate as high steam as mine.But the ceramic cover has a lovely rough feel and it looks really good including the lights.I hope it will serve my sis-in-law for a long time.

Was recommended this by someone as I’d been looking for ages. Prices can vary so much, you don’t know if you should be paying lots but this works perfectly and we’ve been really pleased with it. Really simple to use and the timer function is great. No beep when it finishes so great if you set it at bedtime. The colour changing lights add a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend.

It's ok. It's a bit finicky to get it to work properly and it doesn't really even do enough for a small room but if you have it right next to you it's kind of nice.Revised 9/7/2021: After my review, the seller reached out and was very thorough in finding out why this wasn't an instant win for me. I explained the reason I wasn't impressed and turns out it was a defect and they adamantly sent me a new one. Now I haven't received the new one yet but any company that actively reaches out, responds promptly and thoroughly and goes above and beyond in customer care needs 5 stars!!! Or more, this is a unicorn in a greedy world and I am so grateful for such good care.

The media could not be loaded. Discreto y de material muy agradable a la vista y el tacto. Mejor que otros difusores que son totalmente de plástico y más caros. Muy buen producto.
Excellent Customer Service
This diffuser looks elegant and works great! I liked it so much, I ordered a few more. I did have one that wasn’t rotating through all of the colors. I contacted the seller and they replied immediately and sent a replacement. I will definitely purchase from this seller again.
