I've had dodgy knees for a long time, after having a nasty fall. The trouble is, walking is generally good for chronic injuries, but when you're in severe pain after more than a few steps, you really don't want to! So, I'm half a pack in, that's about 2 week's worth, and I'm surprised and pleased to say I can definitely move more easily! I'm not "fixed" yet, but the difference is noticeable and encourages me to move more! I like the packaging as it's fairly flat and doesn't take up loads of room. Lots of bottles of pills these days are huge and only ever half full! I bought the first pack on a half price deal, so sadly it has gone back up again, but they're still not hugely expensive and I think at this point it's worth pursuing this and seeing if I can gain better mobility. I might even end up with less wrinkles with a bit of luck!

I’m trying this brand in comparison to the cheaper brands I’ve been using. Although it’s early days yet, I can’t seem to tell if there are any additional benefits but I’m trying to be optimistic that there might be.I’ve updated my review today 20/9/23 from 3 to 4 stars. It’s about a week since my last review and my skin feels a bit softer/silkier.However, I suffer with arthritis and is yet to see improvement in my pain levels. I will of course update the review should there be any changes to my arthritic pain.

I like this product. Find the capsules easy to swallow and no taste or affects. My nails and hair appear to be benefiting.
