    A good quality packet of 7 seed varieties, lightly toasted for fuller flavours. I've been using this as an addition to my morning cereal and it has been such a great plus. The variety of seeds in this packet was exactly what I had been looking for, and they were fresh and flavourful.

    I used to make my own seed mix with sunflower & pumpkin seeds, but this is better because there are also a whole bunch of other seeds included and the lightly toasted treatment makes it lovely and crunchy. It comes in a resealable plastic bag, and as I'm trying to use less plastic, I would prefer it to be a more eco friendly bag, which is why it's lost a star. Having said that, I've now bought this twice and the packaging will not stop me from purchasing in the future.

    This 7 seed mix is so very, very good, lightly toasted, full of nutty goodness, I use a tablespoonful or two every day either in my morning porridge or on top of salads.Highly reccommended!
