Personally through past experience buying vitamins from big supplement pharmaceutical companies the likes of nutrivita And the likes is wasting your money the quality is poor , I only buy from small run business with good ethos and small family run business as you find great ethics and ethos and the quality of produce is second to none , Tom Oliver is one of those excellent companies , this vitamin E is of a very high standard with passion for there products 10/10 π

The package is the trade mark Tom Oliver brown glass bottle, and in this case is just under half full. It doesn't mention if the capsules are vegetarian or vegan friendly, although from the ingredients lists, they probably are. At 400IU they would be considered high dose although they are one capsule a day. The capsules are reasonably small and should prove easy to swallow for most people.

It will be nice to see what the overall effects are of taking these in due course but so far so good. Easy to swallow and good value for the price too.

It contains Soy and Safflower oil. I don't understand why the manufacturer diclised wrong ingredients list on the website and here. When it contains other things that other people might not want to consume. So deceptive! If I could give it a zero star I would. As it is now a waste.

Apparently Bolo still wants me to review these, despite me never receiving them as they were packaged with another order which I cancelled, so of course I didn't get these either.Anyway, these are very expensive for vitamin E supplements. Perhaps some may find the higher dosage more useful. It's unlikely I'll get to find out now.
