The back light is a dark orange/red colour. There is no hourly chime on this watch, which is not an issue really. When you first receive the watch charge it up fully, either by leaving in day light or using a watch solar watch charger, available on Bolo.One important point is that it is almost impossible to adjust the bracelet to fit perfectly,and there is no micro adjustment at all or no half size links available, consequently it may hurt your wrist slightly

Love this watch! Way over the top for most people's requirements. The usual Citizen high quality and attention to detail. I wanted a watch that automatically updates the time, and this does that well. The ability to switch time zones is really useful for travelling abroad; and so easy to do. The slide-rule facility is a nice gimmick, but I doubt many people will make use of it. I very much like the gunmetal finish. I would recommend this watch.

This is the third Citizen Eco-Drive, radio controlled watch I've owned. The first is over 20yrs old & still working perfectly on its original battery.I've marked it down a star because the dark LCD screen is difficult to read & the LED light is almost undetectable.Be careful when you buy. There's swapping of contents going on in the logistics chain with this upper end model being switched for a cheaper non-radio one. The packaging is insufficient to prevent this because it is mot sealed but set up for opening in a shop for buyers to handle it. I sent the first two watches delivered back because the wrong watch was in the package but the third was fine.

Excellent watch, very accurate with a very good stainless steel mesh bracelet. However a special tool is required to adjust the bracelet tightness for comfort.

Acquistato per fare un regalo e ho fatto un figurone. L orologio è buono, imballaggio non mi è piaciuto per il costo sostenuto.Unica pecca il libretto delle istruzioni non c’è e devi andare sul sito per trovare le istruzioni e non è stato semplice
