I’ve been using Ashwagandha KSM-66 1200 mg tablets for several weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. Initially, I took two tablets a day — one in the morning and one in the evening. The positive effects were immediate and obvious: improved mood, reduced stress, and a noticeable boost in my overall energy levels. It was like my mind was clearer and more focused, which was perfect for getting through demanding days.However, after about three weeks of taking two tablets daily, I started to notice that my sleep was being disrupted. Instead of feeling relaxed and calm at night, I was waking up more often and feeling restless. Concerned, I did some research and found that while Ashwagandha is great for many things, the dosage can sometimes affect sleep for some people.Since then, I adjusted my intake and now just take one 1200 mg tablet in the morning, and the results are amazing! I still enjoy all the great benefits — less stress, sharper focus, and increased mental clarity — but now my sleep is back to being restful and uninterrupted. The writing on the packaging seems to suggest that this is a potent product offering a massive 1200mg dose per serving. To be accurate, each serving (2 tablets) offers 100mg actual KSM-66 (12:1 extract). The 1200mg figure is the 'equivalent dose' of regular ashwagandha powder. I bought these after taking a Holland and Barrett product which seemed to work a lot better and had a bigger impact on my sleep quality - I read the fine print on both labels and found out that the H&B product offered 600mg of KSM-66 (i.e. 6x more potent than these ones!). It's an okay product but understand the small print and know what you are buying. There seems to be a trend in the ashwagandha market to compare the dose of KSM-66 to the equivalent in ashwagandha powder, which causes some confusion of the dosages and numbers. This product is marketed as high strength, but in actual fact it isn't. If you have bought this and can't notice any effect, this may be the reason...

These gummies are really good. They taste nice, not too sweet, and I like that they’re made with real fruit juice and no artificial stuff. I’ve been taking them daily and I do feel a bit more calm and balanced. It’s also great that they’re vegan and made in the UK. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I’ll definitely be buying more.

I do feel I am less anxious in the day as I sweat less. My sleep is peaceful too (but there is not a big problem with it anyway).

Ok.. Do people have extremely wide throats that are writing these reviews saying "not that bad to swallow"?.. These things are HIDDEOUSLY huge!! I can't see any way a human can swallow these without difficuly! The best way to take these is empty the contents into a glass of water and swallow, chase it with a nice drink and the taste quickly goes.. It's been a week and already I can see the difference, so the product works, it'a juat tht trying to swallow a double decker bus twice a day isn't my idea of fun!

I bought this to elevate testosterone levels - being an older athlete. After a few weeks a I noticed a profound difference in my focus at work and my ability to deal with stress. Stressful situations seem to just wash over me now and I can think with clarity. It's one of the few supplements I couldn't be without now.
