Bought these after a foot operation so I could wear a dress in the colder weather when tights would have been uncomfortable/impossible on a bandaged swollen foot. The black ones look great with bare feet and shoes or socks and boots. I was always catching or laddering tights but these have survived several wearings and machine washes. Have ordered another pair so I can wear them more often.

I wear these for everyday use with socks since I need to avoid the toe seams on regular tights. I am 5'5" and they sit just above my ankles. Comfortable but they seem slightly thinner than other tights of the same denier and I have found that they snag quite easily. Nonetheless, they wash well and have a nice matte finish and I think that they are good value for money.
