Description:
Wondfo One Step Influenza A&B Test is a rapid qualitative assay that detects influenza type A (including the subtype H1N1) and B nucleoprotein antigens extracted from the nasal swab specimen. These devices are used to aid in the differential diagnosis of influenza type A and B infection.
For in vitro diagnostic use only.
How to read results?
Positive (+)
A colored band is visible in the control region and one or two bands in the appropriate test region. It indicates a positive result for the influenza type A / B of that specific test zone.
1. Type A positive: One color band presents in test region “2” close to control region and one band in control region indicates influenza type A positive.
2. Type B positive: One color band presents in test region “1” away from control region and one band in control region indicates influenza type B positive.
3. Type A and type B positive: both two test bands present in the two test regions (“1”+”2”) and one band in control region indicate influenza type A and B positive.
Negative (-)
A colored band is visible in the control region. No colored band appears in the appropriate test region. It indicates that the concentration of the influenza type A/B antigen of that specific test zone is zero or below the detection limit of the test.
Invalid:
No visible band at all, or there is a visible band only in the test region but not in the control region. Another test should be run to re-evaluate the specimen. If test still fails, please write to us for technical assistance.

I purchased these as we had an outbreak of sickness in my family group with one person hospitalised. After they were discharged the hospital called us and told us that they had run a PCR on a swab taken while the family member was admitted and that it was positive for Flu A. I wanted to visit a friend in the following days but I didn't want to make them sick so I ordered these, I was testing daily and started feeling unwell with some minor symptoms on day 1 which returned a negative result but on the next day I got a positive result which meant I changed my plans and stopped spreading sickness around just before Christmas.

Currently feeling very ill with either a bad cold or the flu.I ordered this product yesterday and it arrived on time today.The test was quick and easy to use, it revealed that I don’t have flu.Without this test I would never have known if it is flu or not and it’s very reassuring to know that it is most likely just a cold.

My daughter was very poorly and was negative for COVID.ordered these and Friday was a faint positive, Saturday clear positive.today is Monday and my son has just had a very clear positive too 😢. So they d work, my only issue is I feel they are expensive for what they are.there are 8 people in my family so it's cost me £36 for 3 boxes.but needs must I guess.
