It helps a lot with my baby’s tummy pain.In 15 second in microwave is the best temperature but you can also heat it longer if you prefer.Also, is coming with an extra pillow to hear.Recommend 100%!!

In 5 minutes my baby fell asleep after having this around his waist. The material to wrap around baby's belly is soft, brings two gel packages and a bag for the freezer. 20 seconds of the gel pad on the microwave was enough to warm and soothe baby's colics.
