With the help of my 40-something son I tested the blackcurrant / 30 sweet version of these Bassetts multivitamins, and we were impressed. The tablets have a very pleasant blackcurrant test, a bit like the black wine gum taste, are easy to swallow, and have zero aftertaste.While the benefit of vitamin supplements is highly personal, the results from this brand for men have proven superior to generic multivitamin tablets in my testing. A lot of thought has gone into the ‘dosage’ for each vitamin included, ranging from 15% to 200% of the daily recommended amount.After 30 days of testing a full pack, the result for my test subject have been impressive, in terms of supporting all-day energy levels. The fact that the sweets are easy to extract, easy to swallow and pleasant to taste, really helps the discipline of taking one every day, and building up the benefits over time.At the time of reviewing these were reasonably good value at £12 for a pack- perhaps slightly more than generic multivitamins, but given the targeted dosage, including a major Vitamin D boost, arguably worth the money relative to the benefits achieved.Overall, a high quality multivitamin product for men seeking to boost their energy levels.
