Directions
Insert the brush between your teeth, move it gently back and forth, and clean around the gum line. Clean all areas between your teeth daily.

It’s great to be using brushes made of bamboo instead of plastic and they seem quite robust. You can use them several times. My only complaint is the length of the brushes (that is, the metal and bristle bit, not the handle) particularly Size 2, which for some reason is shorter than the others. Those with longer brushes are easier to use and more efficient.

Ok for a couple of uses but the bristles can get stuck in between my teeth and strip off quite easily and I have to use my water pik to remove the jammed bristles from between my teeth, my experience with the leading branded plastic handled ones from the dentists office is that those last at least a week of uses (and this was advised by dentist) these are only a few days-max is 5 days I've gotten, so I'm not massively convinced of being a whole lot better for the environment, my council does recycle most plastics-just not black plastic (as far as they claim anyway). Definitely not necessarily more economical regardless.

I know the intention is good to use wooden ones to reduce plastic waste, but to be quite honest these brushes aren't very good. the shape of the brush is terrible so they don't hit your teeth properly and bends easily so you end up replacing them faster. Besides I question how Eco-friendly they really are given the bristles are synthetic anyhow. After a visit from the dentist my dental health declined so its a waste of money really. Back to the Teepee ones!
