We love this nearly as much as our postman! Chose the red option, then got the house name in large from Etsy to stick on the front so it looks fantastic. Great capacity, keeps the post and parcels dry and very sturdy. Only 2 keys but you can get more if you are prone to losing them. It is nice to be able to lock the post box as it is at the top of our drive.

This is an excellent strong postal box useful for small packages and mail. The door rattles a bit which makes you feel the lock is not the strongest, but it seems to do. Only issue is, my husband lost the first key within weeks and I am down to the last one and thought to get it copied however, Timpsons said its not on their regular keys and then looked at a huge thick book of keys shapes and said it was not in there too. A retired locksmith then walked into the shop and said it may be a struggle to find, we could not find it from replacementkeys.co.uk and they normally have all the keys so that means buying a new lock and keys and having to fit that so beware if you are a family that tend to lose keys!

Sturdy box, needed a few brackets at the bottom as the back where the screws go seemed a bit flimsy, easy to use.

Easy to install. The operation is faulty. You lift the lid and you can place your hand inside and take any item. Security risk. I wanted a secure box that I can leave stuff inside go on holiday and be assured the mail is safe. However that’s not the case. On the lookout for a better one. The resolution from the seller was non existent. They want photos and I attempted to send a dozen times but their platform doesn’t accept photos. I don’t have the time to waste on this problem so as usual will just have to bite the bullet.

The box is well made but unfortunately the dampers are too strong with the result that postmen who don’t completely close the box allow it to fully open, the dampers should only be strong enough to allow it to close gently, I have therefore removed the dampers and the industrial strength magnet.
