It's absolutely BRILLIANT, small, portable but very powerful for its size. I have extreme back, arms and knees pain and it relives all. I've bought another since the first as a back up. Truly, truly can't be without it now. It will be the best thing you'll ever buy for this type of pain. Plus a bonus, NO WIRES. I LOVE IT. Ease of use:Simple and easy to use. Size:Perfect, compact & easy for travelling. Design:Perfect and compact all in one strong plastic clear box. Also perfect for travelling. Speed:Excellent I can't go to high yet as it's small but extremely, extremely powerful. Size in this case you'd never think it could give so much power. Fit:Perfect. Can wear on any part of the body. Length:Perfect again. All of the above. Device fits any body part and its case is perfect for taking anywhere at all. I can't fault it at all.

A compact unit. Super easy to set up and use. Lots of different settings. Adhesive pads work well. Been using this every evening for 2x 15mins sessions. Medically, it has helped my rotator cup injury (temporarily) so just waiting to see how it helps in the long run.Couldn't charge it via a powerbank which is a shame.Simple remote control. Just need to remember your favourite setting.Comes with extra battery for the remote unit.

Powerfull little machine, can be soft or a firm massage, nothing like the old tens, differen massages to choose, definitely helps with hip, back pain. In a solid box so easy to carry around and compact.

So its can be simple to use, and it does produce a benefial effect like most TENS machines.The link from remote to the host unit (which produces the electrical energy) is wireless. The link from the host to the electrodes is not. The host unit plugs directly into the electrodes. That means the host unit has to be placed right up close to the electrodes. Depending on where you put this on your body use may be easy - or rather difficult. Putting it on your spine means reaching the on/off button on the host is very difficult - not a problem if you have someone to help you. Otherwise you have to pull the host and electrodes off your back, turn it on and then reposition it.The other problem this presents is that the electrodes an only be a fixed distance apart, which is not necessarily what you want.The stickiness of the electrodes is fine for the first couple of days, and then it starts to degrade. And the strength of the TENS effect decreases accordingly.Its just as well its easy to use because the english in the manual is poor. e.g. "Warnings (6) Disturbance of consciousness or disabled children."

I have had lower back pain spreading around my hips since my rather large Labrador Retriever pulled me over in the snow in December. I have tried physio, heat treatment and hot baths plus the prescribed back exercises from the doctor. None of them have worked, and in fact, the exercises have frankly made things worse. I decided to try this TENS item to see if it would help. After 3 treatments, my back felt 90% better. So I took the dog for a walk for the first time in weeks. Next thing, my right hip was hurting badly, so we limped home. Two more treatments around the hip, and that pain is now reduced considerably. I do not care if it is psychosematic or real pain relief, either way, I am never parting with this device 10/10

I had a TENS machine years ago and to be honest it was a bit of a hassle to use it, there were wires and gel and all sorts of things to do before it could be used . I liked the price of this little machine and was happy that things have moved on in terms of connectivity.It’s a compact machine which comes with a couple of re useable contact pads it can be comfortably worn under clothing there are a number of minor issues with it firstly you have to apply the pads and then turn the machine on, this is a problem if you apply it to your back and are unable to press the on button. Secondly, because the contact pad is a complete unit it is limiting the distance you can set between them and I found that sometimes one of the electrodes was in an uncomfortable spot.Other than that it was exactly as I remember it, for me it sort of dulls my back pain a little but never actually blocks it , turned up high it can be quite uncomfortable but set it correctly and it is a useful addition to your pain control and may actually help reduce your pain meds .For the money, it’s certainly worth giving it a try

Me ha sido muy fácil de usar, las pilas duran lo suficiente para varias sesiones. Siguiendo las instrucciones he logrado aliviar y relajar los lumbares. Lo recomiendo.

Reçu a la date indiquée mais avec 2 piles vides pour la telecommande. Je l'ai testé10 minutes avant que la 2eme pile ne rende l'ame :bonne adherence sur le bras . La télécommande vide la pile en une nuit. Pas génial...
Better than ibuprofen
I wish I would have ordered this years ago! This unit numbs the muscle and feels great while doing so. some settings feel like a sharp dagger, but the rub & massage settings make the product worth its weight in gold ! This is my second order. My Mom is having back pain & I sent her one. the 99 yr old lady I sit with on the weekends tried mine on her back pain & had her daughter order one too.
