They provide a good balance of trace minerals and improve the taste of the water. I find that 3 drops in a pint of filtered water or 4 drops in 750 ml water works well to bring TDS up to healthy levels and makes it taste like mineral water. I also found customer services very helpful when I contacted them with a question. I would prefer it if it was in a glass bottle, but that would obviously bring up the cost.Another improvement would be to provide a full list of the quantity of all the trace minerals it contains rather than just the main ones, although this could be on the website rather than trying to list them all on the bottle.

I’m terrible with water intake and as a guy who works out hard that’s not good, bought a water filter and drastically upped my intake, but I was still getting muscle cramps of doom, then I saw the Alan Ritchson post on TikTok and thought I’d give it a go all I can say is that it’s worked for me , stick with it for a while to get used to the taste ( it’s not awful just a bit odd )

3rd time purchasing this item, and I still don't know how or why they work, but anyone who trains hard should be taking these. Recovery is so easy and very little pain the day after a major training session/very long run, I am still flabbergasted by these and will never, ever EVER be without them again.

I recently tried the Trace Minerals ConcenTrace Drops in the unflavored variant, and my experience has been somewhat mixed. While the product promises to provide essential minerals in a convenient form, there are a few aspects that left me underwhelmed.To begin with, the unflavored aspect is appreciated, as it allows for easy mixing with various beverages without altering the taste. However, the recommended dosage instructions were a bit unclear, which led to some confusion. It would be helpful if the packaging included clearer guidelines on how to measure and incorporate the drops accurately.As for the effectiveness of the product, I didn't notice significant changes in my overall well-being or energy levels. Given that the drops are meant to provide essential minerals, I was hoping for a noticeable improvement in my daily vitality, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.Another concern I had was with the consistency of the drops. Despite shaking the bottle before each use, there were times when the drops seemed inconsistent in size and potency. This made it difficult to gauge the exact amount I was getting with each serving.Moreover, the small 2oz bottle doesn't last very long, especially if you're using the drops regularly. Considering the price point, it would be more convenient if the product was available in larger quantities to ensure a longer-lasting supply.On a positive note, the compact size of the bottle makes it easy to carry around, which is helpful for on-the-go individuals who want to maintain their mineral intake throughout the day.In summary, while the Trace Minerals ConcenTrace Drops offer the potential benefits of essential minerals in a convenient form, my personal experience with the product has been rather average. The lack of noticeable improvements, unclear dosage instructions, and inconsistent droplet size left me feeling a bit unsatisfied.
