Firstly, let me start by saying I don’t leave a review as soon as I receive my item. I want to make sure of it’s described use & that it doesn’t give up after a few uses! Secondly, I’ve had a few of these, well known brands & ones I’ve never heard of! I’ve had this handheld for about a month now.Upon receiving, it came in a plain brown box with a sticker label on & my first thought was ‘Oh dear, this could be 50/50!’!! Upon opening, the way it’s packaged is really done well! Everything has its own little place with cardboard housing around/in between it. Nothing to jiggle about in transit which is always reassuring. There’s even a black drawstring storage bag included.I took everything out and I did read the instructions as these handhelds do essentially all do the same thing but mostly operate differently. For example, this ones on/off button, to turn on, you have to press and hold for a few seconds & then it makes like a little device ‘ding’ noise & immediately starts working. I did put it straight onto charge as advised in the instructions. It did fully charge quicker than the instructions said though which was nice as I really wanted to try it out!! Charging was easy, my flat is minute so I’ve chosen to charge with the handheld on its side, as oppose to using the holder/storage that can be screwed to a wall & also have the charger lead go through it. I feel I need to put a little warning here!! ⛔️ If like me you want to remove the charger from the wall storage & not use the storage, please DON’T try to just pull the charger lead out!!! It won’t budge and your more likely to break the charger! You have to slide it away from the hole a little and then turn it a bit, THEN it will come straight out, no problem! I’m guessing its housed in the wall storage like this, so when its screwed to the wall, the charger lead doesn’t fall out when you remove the handheld. Nice thoughtful little touch I think.👍🏻When I turned it on, it sounded pretty powerful! However, sometimes quite a bit of noise can mean a not so good device. NOT in this case I am happy to say. I didn’t put either of the attachments on as I wanted to see how well(or not) it worked. So I tried some of the laminate in my kitchen and my bathroom, perfect!!😃 Then I tried it on my huge rug in the living area. I was actually now pretty impressed!! It’s suction is that good, that it lifted my rug!! Not an easy thing to do as it’s huge and not exactly lightweight. Everything I have used the vacuum for since, it has done with ease and…..NO loss of suction!!!👍🏻😃 I also have found it doesn’t take as long to charge as described in the instructions. I also, on average, am getting approximately 22-25 minutes use time out of each charge.In the instructions, it advises to basically take care of the filter as it can make a difference to how the handheld will perform. I like that the filter is washable, which is easy btw & it doesn’t take days to dry either. I saw in the reviews that some people are having problems removing the filter to clean. ⛔️ I must admit, for the first time it’s definitely not easy! That thing is seriously secure! I tried a couple of times for a while and some more, then I gave up, got pretty disappointed and thought ‘Thats the catch then, great little machine but can’t get the filter out!!’😬😕 I tried again a few days later but instead of trying to twist it out harder when I couldn’t get it to budge, I was more gentle with it! Basically, the plastic mesh outer part came away first and I kind of got loads of lumps of dust all over the floor! LoLz!☺️ So I put the mesh bit back on, cleaned that up, emptied the debris receptacle and tried again! This time, I twisted lightly but with a firm grip & the whole filter came out.👍🏻 I then held it over my bin and removed the mesh outer, so all the tiny dust particles went into the bin this time! I then carefully washed the mesh outer and the filter in luke warm water and left to dry. Once I reassembled the filter and used the handheld again, it was like the first time I’d used it. By that I mean strong suction & well performing. I use this pretty much daily as I have a young child & its been SO handy!! The attachment with the soft bristles round it, I’ve found invaluable for cleaning my all my fan’s mesh. Which, in this weather of late, I’ve been grateful for!Every job I’ve thrown at this handheld, it has handled it with ease!! I love it & think it’s fantastic, especially considering the price and it not being a really well know brand. It has definitely performed better than the handhelds I’ve had before that were well known(& more expensive!) brands too!! If you’re looking for a decent handheld that doesn’t lose its suction(make sure you take care of the filter!) after a few uses & isn’t super heavy, you won’t regret purchasing this! I whole heartedly recommend this handheld vacuum cleaner 100%!!!👍🏻Apologies for the long review, I just wanted to give a true & genuine experience/opinion of the vacuum.🤗 As a side note….. No one paid me, no one gave me the handheld vacuum for free either!!!👍🏻😃👍🏻Thank you for reading.👍🏻😊⛔️⛔️⛔️ Edited to add - I’ve had this well over a year now & it is still as good as the day I received the delivery of it!!👍🏻😃 Just make sure you clean the filter regularly & don’t charge it until its completely flat & it should last you well like it has done for me.👍🏻⛔️⛔️⛔️

This is a good little handheld hoover and I got it to keep upstairs and after looking up information on many different ones this one was my final choice as you can turn the button on and don’t have to keep your finger on it to keep it running. It remains on until you press the button again. It has got good strong suction although it doesn’t have a huge capacity hence I have only given it four stars as you do need to empty it quite frequently because the filters get bunged up quite quickly and if you want the suction to keep working, you have to empty it. This is not a problem and quite easy to do and I found it very useful to nip around the bathroom do the stair carpet and the wooden floors in the bedrooms. It runs for quite a long time before you have to plug it in again to recharge and charges quite quickly. It’s not too heavy and I would recommend it.

The product was received on time and partially charged. I put it on charge prior to initial use as per instructions and took about 3 hours to fully charge, The suction power is good and not noisey. I have used it for around 20 to 25 minutes without the battery being discharged, I am waiting for the battery to fully discharge before charging it again as per instructions. After the first full discharge you can put it on charge at any time without having to fully discharge. It is better to have a spare hepa filter for immediate use as after washing the old you may have to leave it overnight to dry it completely. It is suitable for use in the car and for light household dirt.

I waited for a few days to see how this works before reviewing - it's fine so far, easy to use and easy to empty, and does what it is supposed to do. I'm pleased with it. It picks up cat hair easily and that is so useful for me around the house. Fairly quiet as well, though my cat doesn't like it. It's a great help for me and I'm glad I bought it.I haven't noticed any problems with suction power and it fits on the wall charger perfectly well.

Initially was a great little vacuum - picking up crumbs and small amounts of debris. Having bought this in November 2024, I'm disappointed to find that the battery life has now dwindled (the charge lasts for less than 3 minutes now, originally this lasted for over 20 minutes).Connecting the wall charger was easy enough and slotting the vacuum in is straight forward.The design of it makes it easy to see what the vacuum has picked up and when it needs to be emptied.Sadly, the battery has not lasted more than 9 months.

I bought this for cleaning upholstery, curtains and furniture. Im asthmatic so dont bother with dusting (which just moves the fine stuff about) I tried this because its a quick solution and saves wiping everything with a damp cloth. Not a massively powerful suction, might not be great for a car interior for example but is absolutely fine for inside the house, sucks up the dust, thick and fine and gets it out of rugs etc, even gave the curtains a good clean too. Has a couple of attachments, the brush one is more plasticky than soft brush but its good at helping to pick stuff up so I use it 90% of the time. Takes a couple of hours to charge, lasts about 25 minutes which is enough to do living room throughly and a few other spots. If you want to do the whole house it will need a recharge. Easy to empty. Pretty good for the price I would say, does what I want but some people may want something with more suction and a longer charge (if thats an option?)

This is my favorite little cleaning, appliance. Little crumbs, dust by the front door, vacuuming out the couch cushions. Basically anything that needs to be swept out even my car. It’s easy to find because I hang it up in its little hanger. The only thing I would really like is the ability to get extra filters you can wash it, but I’d like an extra one or two. Thanks for a great product

This is a good vaccum cleaner. Gets the job done. Has good suction if you angle it properly. The accessories are good for small places. A little noisy. The battery also lasts a while before needing to be recharged. Very easy for quick cleanups, small spaces, stairs and cars

We bought this vacuum as a quick cleanup tool for small messes around the house, and it’s been great for that purpose. It’s portable, lightweight, and easy to use. The battery lasts longer than I initially expected, and the additional accessories make it useful for a wide variety of purposes. I've used this mostly for cleaning up messes in my car. The suction power is okay, not amazing, but good enough for what we bought it for.What I Like:The portability and ease of use make it great for quick cleanups. The battery life is better than expected, and the quality of the attachments is solid.What I Don’t Like:It’s louder than I’d prefer, and I’m not a fan of the mechanism for discarding dirt.Helpful Tips:• Works best for small messes rather than deep cleaning.• Keep the filter clean to maintain suction performance.
