This liquid kids' vitamin supplement is make in Sweden to a vegan formula.A mix of key vitamins, A,C,D3, E and the Bs plus some minerals and "super greens" ( I'm not sure what these do), makes this a more comprehensive supplement than many kids' vitamin tablets and gummies.Also, unlike some kids' supplements the label clearly states the dose to take according to age (3-9 yrs 15ml and 10yrs+ 30ml) and what % of their recommended intake that does will provide.The first thing i noticed on opening the bottle was the familiar (just familiar, not pleasant) smell of B vitamins. To me that is off-putting but I poured it and had it down the kids' throats before they caught a whiff.My kids happily take a gummy a day so this was a change. I can't say they prefer it to a sugary gummy, it feels more like taking medicine and isn't as palatable, but they happily tried it and the measuring "cup" on the lid which helps them pour their own measure will ensure that between them they will finish the bottle.For me the priority is to get their D and B12 any way possible so they can have a tablet, gummy or liquid, whichever they will take.My biggest concern is the ongoing price. As stated many supplements are a "one size fits all" resulting in younger kids taking too big a dose or older kids taking too little whereas this supplement correctly differentiates by age.Using the younger age group dose at 15ml per day (ages 4-9yrs) it will last 33 days, but for ages 10yrs+ taking a does of 30ml per day it will last only 16.67 days. Obviously it contains some minerals and "super greens" in addition to standard vitamins, but for 33 days as at the price today (£13.50 per bottle), it would cost £25.09 for a 31 day monthly supply for a child 10yrs+ so for that reason I have given it 4 stars rather than 5.

Overall, not bad, but a few things to note.Pros:- This liquid multivitamin packs a hefty punch with a wide array of essential vitamins including A, C, D3, E, a variety of B vitamins, and other vital nutrients. It provides a well-rounded supplement to support children's overall health and development.- Unlike traditional chewable tablets or gummies, this multivitamin comes in a liquid form, making it easier for children to swallow and absorb.- With 500 ml of product and a recommended dose of 15 ml per day, this bottle provides a full month's supply.Cons:- The orange flavour isn't to my child's liking. I tried a bit and it's not really to my liking either. Personally, I think strawberry or some kind of berry flavour would be more appealing to children in general.- At £16.19 for a one-month supply, this multivitamin leans towards the pricier end of the spectrum, especially when compared to gummy alternatives. While the quality and comprehensiveness of the product justify the cost to some extent, budget-conscious parents may find it expensive for regular use, especially if they have multiple children.- Liquid is easier to absorb, but does require adult supervision to avoid spills which not only makes a mess, but costly. Gummies have less of this issue.Overall, this liquid multivitamin offers a comprehensive blend of essential vitamins and nutrients in a more easily absorbed form. However, it is quite pricey, so a star is knocked off, but solid 4 stars.
