I don't remember why i started taking fenugreek, but I'm glad i did. I am perimenopause and i really feel this helps to 'balance' my hormones. I'm not having major menopausal symptoms, but things like anxiety, night flushes and sweats and irregular periods all seem much better with this. I trialled HRT earlier this year and felt a bit bloated and lardy on it, so i stopped and switched back to fenugreek.I take 3 caps a day.My periods have returned and are regular and i feel much better in myself. Im not saying its an alternative to seeing your doc if you're really having a miserable menopause, and HRT offers A LOT for women as they get older, but my own experience is, that fenugreek has helped me.There's a 'maple syrup' taste to it which some people say you start to smell of, but that's not my experience, you do get a slight taste of it occasionally, but it's not unpleasant. All in all the quality of this product seems good, the service and delivery was fantastic and they're easy to swallow.

These worked to help improve my milk supply. But be warned they make you stink. I walked around smelling like curry. Its not a vibe. However for my baby I didn't mind for a while.

My lactation consultant told me to stop taking these as she didn't think they were helping with supply but when I restarted them my milk supply nearly doubled - which I can attribute to the fenugreek. I'm still an underproducer that combination feeds but they really help. The only side effect is a laxative one but that's also good as trying to lose postpartum weight :) it's just something to be aware of. Will definitely keep buying them.

This product is amazing, I have read through the reviews and not noticed any comments relating to hair growth 🤔Since taking these capsules for over 6 months now, I have noticed my hair ( on my head) is growing at a very rapid rate. I had it cut a couple of weeks ago and already it has grown back healthy and thick. The Syrup smell isn’t the best but I would totally recommend this amazing product to anyone

Milk supply dropped after a bad flu at 4 months pp, 2 days into taking these and my supply is better than ever. Can’t recommend enough

I bought these capsules to increase my breast milk supply, and from that viewpoint it did an amazing job. But it does have a strong odour, and I’m very sensitive to odours, so I could only take it for 3 days, because I was disgusted by my own smell

I am waiting to see if we get any benefits my only problem is I smell of curry all time even though I shower every day I wake up smelling

I tried this out for 2-3 days. I took 3 capsules per day as instructed and the next day absolutely reeked of curry. I thought this was in my head so I went to my kitchen grabbed curry spice mix smelt it then smelt coffee to cleanse my nose then smelt my armpits and thats when I knew I smelt like curry. I recently got myself a new water bottle and have been drinking at LEAST 3 litres per day so it isn't because I don't drink enough water. Returning this waste of money don't bother! it made me feel insecure because of the smell. Thank god the smell is out now that I've stopped taking this. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Mejora rápida del rendimiento físico, tanto en pesas como en cardio, a nivel general,más vitalidad y menos cansancio, por el contrario, cierta hidrolisis excesiva al hacer deporte, al final, en vez de 3 pastillas tomo 2, y separada la toma lo más posible de la práctica deportiva.Merece la pena, en mi caso me ha funcionado casi de forma inmediata,tanto para el deporte como la vida diaria, producto de calidad.
