Good quality item. Easy to use as handle has a good grip with blade protection. I have tremor in my hands due to Parkinson’s but this product is so well made I had no problems. Washes easily too.

It does its job so that's good but the finger and thumb guard are a bit flimsy.They bend and flex very easily and are smooth and a bit small so the potential for a slip is there.Not bad, but wouldn't recommend for reasons stated.
