When I first tried this Bluetooth on a call, the sound quality was really bad compared with my old Bluetooth. After making a few calls and tested also with music, I was decided to return this product. Just before making the click to start the procedure for a refund, I thought what if I give a try the other earbuds that comes with the product. I was so amazed, there was a big difference with different earbud that fits better to my ear.It's not perfect, it has pros and cons. The main advantages are:- The battery last very long. I used to charge my Bluetooth every 2 days. This can last even a week without charging.- Although, that the sound quality is not very good for music, comparing to a headphones. However, the battery allows you to hear music or see a movie on your mobile phone without the need to worry if it will go off, even for the entire day. An average Bluetooth last approximately 5 hours with non-stop playing music.- With the correct earbud, has a good isolation of the ear, and adequate noise cancelation.- Range and max volume is also good.- Charger usb type c- Comes with a hard caseThe disadvantages are:- If you are using the earhook, those types of hooks easily break after a few months in the base that are attached to the Bluetooth (this is plastic). So, although that comes with 3 different hooks, you need to think about hook replacements. In my case I got transparent hooks extra.- There is no "voice notification alert" for battery when you power on the Bluetooth, eg. "remaining time 7hrs". This is one feature that I loved in my old Bluetooth. Now, I need to check the settings on my phone. It has other voice notifications like "power on/off, connected (doesn't say what is connected), battery low (when is too late)"- It does not include the feature to play stereo in both ears as the previous model (LC-B41).- Ear isolation except as an advantage, can be also a disadvantage, as while you have it on your ear you cannot hear very well the environment. Howevr, this can be fixed by changing the earbuds, with the ones that doesn't have good sound quality. So, you need to choose between good sound quality and ear isolation, or bad sound quality and hear the environment. Still, this is based on your ear.Good value for money, this Bluetooth mostly should be used for phone calls, but can be used also for music since it has a good battery.

For £16 I thought it's a punt why not.Need for work calling customers on the road in a noisy van and it's very good. Clear sound and no issues. Simple to use for the money it's ideal if you loose it or damage it so what it's £16.

Had Jaba before and had it years, bought a new one as the mic played up but they must have changed the design as the new one was very quiet so took that back and bought this one it doesn’t sit right in my ear and I’m scared of losing it ( which I probably will ) and again the volume in ear is not great I have to keep asking people to repeat themselves, so not that good 🙁

It’s great! Very comfortable on the ear, and the sound quality is fantastic. Background noise is completely eliminated—my mum is finally happy she can hear me clearly, instead of everything going on around me! 😊The battery life is excellent, and it’s great value for money. It’s also compact and easy to carry in a small bag or pocket. I highly recommend it!

After few months of testing this product I have decided to drop a review. The headset works well most of the time, with clear sound and great battery life, up to 3 days if you talk constantly. However, people on the other end sometimes can’t hear me well or very low, and I have to restart the call. Also the noise cancellation cuts out occasionally, which can be frustrating.

Ho comprato questo prodotto perché mi serviva un auricolare comodo che potessi avere addosso tutto il giorno per facilitarmi nel rispondere alle chiamate in ogni momento senza necessariamente avere a che fare con il telefono (ad esempio alla guida).📦 UNBOXING:Il pacco si presente in modo piuttosto compatto. Al suo interno sono presenti:- L'auricolare, dentro una graziosa e di buona qualità custodia che, al suo interno, ha anche dei gommini di ricambio e il cavetto di ricarica- Manuale di istruzioni- Un foglietto che attesta i 3 anni di garanzia✅ PRO- La custodia sempre gradita è piccola ed è fatta bene- La qualità dell'audio è più alta di quanto mi aspettassi- Il microfono fa discretamente il suo lavoro, non è perfetto ma va più che bene- L'autonomia sembra ottima, non ho avuto molto tempo per testarla a lungo, ma fin ora sono soddisfatto- L'auricolare è sufficentemente leggero, non ti fa pesare troppo, nell'arco della giornata, il peso sul orecchio, però un pochino sinceramente si, per 8 ore circa vanno bene, di più lo trovo un po' fastidioso- Isola bene l'orecchio❌ CONTRO- Come detto prima, dopo tanto tempo comincia effettivamente a dare un po' fastidio all'orecchio- Ho notato che, se l'auricolare è collegato al bluetooth ma non ha modo di funzionare (nel senso che non ricevo chiamate né le faccio) va in una sorta di stand by e poi finisce (come già successo) che, anche se avevo il bluetooth collegato, mi chiamasse comunque dal telefono e dovevo rispondere dal telefonoCONCLUSIONE:Devo dire che questo auricolare mi ha sorpreso in positivo, non riesco a trovare troppi difetti, è un acquisto che sinceramente consiglio a tutti ad occhi chiusi!
