This is the 3rd brand of PQQ I've tried and this one has almost no filler. This makes the 20mg capsules tiny so super easy if you are taking a full dose. I am taking a partial dose which can make it a bit fiddly but the contents of the capsule dissolve pretty well in hot and cold drinks or can sprinkled onto food. I've read that PQQ is pretty resilient so can be put in piping hot coffee without effecting it's efficacy. If you are also splitting the dose by emptying out part of the capsule it does tend to form a film on the top of drinks so might be easier to tip into your mouth so you get the full amount. It tastes ok, a bit odd but no aftertaste or lingering effects.I've found it as effective as Charava and PureClinica brands both of which have more filler and are more expensive. Hope this comes back in stock soon as I would buy it again.

I started using PQQ about 4 months ago but it was a different brand. I'm not sure that I noticed any sort of result. I ordered this brand and have been using it for a week now. I do feel like I have slightly better cognition and a bit more energy.
