These hook loop strips with their industrial strength adhesiveness have changed my life. They may not be the best when it comes to removal, but in terms of the weight they can hold, this is serious product. If you think you know your hook loops, think again. These are the business.

I have used this type of product for hanging picture frames of various sizes and weights for a few years now, and not once has a picture fallen off a wall.I hung three picture frames, all 6x8 inches, in my newly decorated bedroom, and every night for the last three nights one by one they have all fallen, giving me palpitations.I have a feeling these are not legitimate 3M products. On closer inspection of the box they came in, it’s just a cheaply printed label that does not say 3M anywhere. It’s only on the backing paper of the strips themselves.In short, they don’t stick! I’ve used way more on my frames than is normal now, and I’m still expecting things to go bump in the night.

These have worked really well in securing a kitchen cupboard blanking panel and an LED nightlight in the bathroom.

I can definitely vouch for the hook and loop action with this product but what I can’t vouch for, at this moment in time, is the stickiness of the backing! Not because it doesn’t work, I’ve not tried them yet so have no idea how well they may or may not work but 3M is normally a good name so I’m not really worried, but should they not stick I’ll come back and let everyone know. Decent value, easy to use, very strong hook and loop and versatility is good.
