This player is a quality product and looks it - well packaged and arrived undamaged in reasonable time.Easy enough to wise up on the controls - six small contact buttons - small centrally placed screen displays what's happening. A remote is included - arrived without batteries.It seems to be set at certain volume when switched on - so you have to scroll up or down for preferred sound.I'm not to best person to ask about it's Hi Fi but l've no complaints even with bad hearing! Far better than the dead unit it replaced.Fairly expensive but in this case l think worth it. Would recommend.

As a getting on a bit fella, I really like the look of this. It actually looks nicer than some expensive models I sighed over in the shops. So, in that corner of the living room, it looks lovely. And the sound isn't bad either. Having the choice of EQ modes on the remote is very handy, and it's surprising what a difference it makes. The FM radio isn't the best, so the standalone radio remains. A decent set.
