I've been taking these for about 10 days now, the first couple of days I thought they was not working if anything I felt more hungry ๐ซ but then after about 4/5 days , they work so well , I've lost 4lb already , I feel extremely leas hungry and when I do have dinner, I'm feeling fuller quicker

Iโm not hungry at all, I can eat as i donโt feel full or sick but I donโt feel hungry either. Very small portions are enough for me. The first day I was still hungry but after maybe 2 days it kicked in and I didnโt feel hungry anymore. Amazing for the priceEDIT: I started experiencing severe migraines taking these so I stopped and they went, started again and they came straight back.

This is good, it definitely suppresses my appetite. However, Iโm pretty sure they are making me break out ๐ฌ. My skin was clear for about 4 months and then I started taking these and Iโve broken out ever since. Hopefully will stop. If it doesnโt by the end of the month I will definitely stop and see what happens!

I have been using these for two weeks now and despite being sceptical at first, theyโve really helped quiet my food noise. Iโm finding sticking to my calorie deficit a lot easier and havenโt exceeded it once, which is unusual for me. Definitely going to carry on taking them.
