Our 7 year old has not stopped using it for both games and learning. A lovely item that's well worth the price tag.

I’ve ordered two of these and nowhere work. The apps won’t load, it won’t speak or do anything. Complete rubbish, don’t buy as you’ll be disappointed!

We got a Miko 3 for my daughter for Christmas, she absolutely loves it! Needs a bit of setting up at first, but it's amazing the amount of things you can do on it. Seems to get regular updates as well so always plenty to do on it. The battery could maybe be better, but then it does get used a lot so that's probably understandable.

Excellent companion and learning toy for my autistic son who adore robots. Miko is friendly and easy for him to navigate across the screen. He loves listening to the stories and watching him dance. The max subscription gives great extras and the games are fun too. Technical support was easy to access through the app as well as video calling my son from my phone. my 3 year old loves to also listen to stories but better for 5 plus years.

Don't buy this product if you are looking for a toy robot for your little one or don't want screen time. Completely useless basically bunch of app bundled in this small screen 1990 design, complete waste of money.I have bough this for my little of at Christmas and it was complete disappointment. They refused to refund me my money because I have disposed of the box. This is theft!Avoid this company!

Absolutely conned out of money. Ordered 2 for both my children. Only 1 arrived and the other “lost” still tried to use and the app won’t let me sign up no matter what I use (iPhone, iPad etc) I want my money back

Horrible product and service. Ruined my son’s birthday!
I bought the Miko for my 5 year old son for his birthday. Miko worked for only 3 days and one night while it was charging it just stopped working and showed a black screen with a sentence telling us it has a technical issue and to email the Miko company and open a ticket. After emailing them ; it took weeks to get a reply back saying to be patient with no instructions. Then later they sent another email saying they have closed the ticket. It’s all automated chatbots that just make you run around with no intent of actually giving any customer service.This is a bad product that breaks in less than 2 weeks and the customer service is bad and they have no intent of backing up their bad product with a warranty.I would not recommend to buy this product as you kids will be sad and disappointed as was my son on his birthday!

My kids love it
Miko is such a fun robot but also very useful. My kids like to ask him questions about everything, including their homework lol. It has lots of features and great to explore. I love miko too. Don’t judge 🙈
