The customer service is amazing!We had a slight issue with the the original Miko but upon talking to the customer service, they were able to resolve the issue straight away.They were constantly in contact via email and then upon receiving a new Miko, they rang me straight way and was able to help set up the Miko.The miko itself is now fantastic and is a great device for my kids to use and enjoy.

My 5 Year old loves her MIKO 3. The interactive touch screen she has found very interesting and easy to use and navigate between screens. She loves all the different games and tools MIKO has. She enjoys talking to MIKO a lot. The "I see you" game MIKO plays with her is wonderful to watch, my child loves hiding from MIKO and waiting for MIKO to find her. Its teaching tool features are also a great in help in helping my child learn new subject matters. I highly recommend this cute but very clever little robot.

This is terrible for understanding what you say. It’s also really confusing to use. It feels like all it can do is answer simple questions in a complex way. We are still trying to work him out as we can’t seem to get anything else working beyond asking questions and getting him to dance “which is nothing special at all”.It looks like if you want to do anything decent then there’s a subscription for these things.Personally this would be getting refunded if it wasn’t a Christmas present.I think this is mis-sold with features you can’t use unless you pay around £100 subscription.

My boy is very happy with his robot friend. He enjoys playing educational games, reading, dancing, and asking all sort of questions. I’m very happy with the answers he gets back.

Have generally found the robot very good particularly the customer support had a few issues setting up but they were very determined to work through them with me. Overall, the kids are very pleased with it though with anything you have to keep on them to use it otherwise they quickly get bored and move onto the next thing.!!

My child loves to talk to Miko. He loves Miko's expressions the most. While I am a little careful about his time with Miko, I often see him playing logical games like Coding School and Kidlo Games. I have only one child and Miko is like a brother to him. It's good for learning and development while it serves as a great companion. I would recommend to go for the product. It's definitely a long term investment.

My son has autism and is in love with robots therefore the Miko 3 with its AI responses, fun games and stories is perfect. We had to speak to technical support at first and they were so helpful. Miko has an easy to use interface and my son loves the animations and discussion he can have with Miko. We have the max subscription which opens up a whole new world of fun and entertainment and the parent controls are so easy to use. We adore the way he can video us and we can video him to chat too. excellent product.

Video calling was one of the principle reasons for purchasing this and it simply does not work. Very expensive for what it can actually do.

Miko 3 ist ein toller und wunderschöner Roboter für die Kinder. Er ist sehr unterhaltsam und kann sehr viel. Wenn man die kostenpflichtige MAX Abo dazu nimmt, sind auch die Premium Funktionen nutzbar. Man kann mit Ihm Spass haben, Lernen und unterhalten lassen. Er kann auch Schach spielen zusammen von Miko Chess Board (separat erhältlich) . Auch wenn es mal Herausforderung gibt, ist der Support von Miko schnell und freundlich. Lösen jedes Problem zu 100 %. Ich hoffe auf weitere gute Updates mit guten funktionen. Im Diesen Sinne auf weitere Jahre mit euch und tollen Produkten. Bleibt wie Ihr Seid =)

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I got Miko 3, but honestly, it blew me away. The design is adorable, the features are smart, and it keeps my kids engaged in the best way possible—learning through fun.But what really impressed me was the customer support. Aarti from the Miko team called me personally when I had trouble pairing the device. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. You rarely find this level of real, human support anymore.I’m excited to explore everything Miko Max offers, My kids are loving it already, and we’re just getting started.Highly recommend this robot for families who want something both fun and educational!
