Really smart budget watch

Die Uhr besticht durch ein eher elegantes, zurückhaltendes Design. Alles ist sehr Ton in Ton gehalten. Bei dem für das Gehäuse verwendeten Material „Gunmetal“ handelt es sich um Rotguss, also eine Metalllegierung basierend auf Kupferbasis mit verschiedenen anderen Komponenten etwa Zinn. Eine genaue Zusammensetzung ist für diese Uhr nicht zu ermitteln.Das natogrüne Zifferblatt innerhalb der einfachen, nicht drehbaren Lünette, ist mit einem Fond aus kleinen, leicht erhabenen Quadraten strukturiert. Am Rand des Zifferblattes findet sich ein Minutenkranz aus winzigen Ziffern und Strichen. Die schlanken Linien von Zeiger und Stundenstrichen strahlen eine stilvolle Wirkung aus. Die Zeit ist einwandfrei abzulesen.Die Krone ist leicht zu bedienen, auf der einen Position läßt sich die Zeit, auf der zweiten das Datum einstellen.Es gibt zwei kleine Anzeigen für eine direkte Zeitmessung: Unten einen Sekundenzeiger und links ein damit gekoppelte Minutenzeiger. Mit dem oberen Knopf am Gehäuse startet man die Messung, der untere setzt ein Zurückdrehen der Zeiger in Gang. Die Dreiergruppe wird mit einer 24-Stunden-Anzeige komplettiert.Die Datumsanzeige - genauer: die Aussparung für die Zahlen auf dem Datumsrad - ist ungewöhnlich schräg zwischen der Vier und Fünf angebracht. Das Ablesen wird aber dadurch nicht erschwert, eher im Gegenteil, weil der Arm zum Ablesen nicht um 90° gewinkelt werden muss. Insofern ein originelle Positionierung.Das Edelstahl-Armband besteht aus massiv wirkenden Gliedern und legt sich gut um das Handgelenk. Durch den Versatz der Glieder wirkt je nach Lichtverhältnissen der Mittelstreifen dunkler. Die Schließe ist mit Druckknöpfen gesichert. Die Uhr hat eine angenehmes Gewicht am Arm.Insgesamt eine qualitativ hochwertige, formschöne Armbanduhr, die mit Eleganz und Stil punktet.

Arrivato nella sua scatola, un po' grande più del dovuto. L'orologio è bello, fa la sua bella figura al polso.
Qualitativ super, Optik schwierig
Die Michael Kors Herrenuhr hat eine spezielle Optik. Insgesamt ist sie zwar recht modern gehalten, fällt aber durch das grüne Ziffernblatt auf. Man fragt sich wirklich zu welchen Outfits man diese Uhr tragen soll.Zu Farben wie schwarz, Anthrazit und weiß sehe ich die Uhr nicht wirklich passend. Bunte Farben beißen sich gleich komplett.Es bleiben eigentlich nur noch Erd Töne wie Grün, Braun, blasses Orange. Hier könnte es farblich passen. Dafür jedoch beißt sich das Armband, da Erdtöne meist eher vom natürlichen Typ sind und das Uhren Armband komplett modern.Unter dem Strich ist die Qualität spitze, ohne Frage. Das Ziffernblatt macht Laune sie zu tragen. Nur fehlt mir bislang wirklich das passende Outfit.
