The media could not be loaded. Wow, I’m blown away by the quality of this product.I had been looking for weeks for an electric fireplace and ones I had seen were double if not triple the price.When I saw this one for a fraction of the cost of the others, I was expecting to see a product that reflected the big price difference, but I am so shocked.It’s easy to put together, I did it all on my own. It’s made from sturdy wood and the light just makes it look so much more expensive. It has different heat settings which I don’t really use but I have tried and it does kick out a great amount of heat. It also gives you the option to have the light on or off and you can dim the flame effect. 10/10, amazing product. Would highly recommend.

Firstly, the fire and surround came really really fast, ordered Monday arrived Tuesday at 15 :10 was unpacked, checked off and working by 16:30 . Looks absolutely amazing, the flames have 4 settings the one in the picture is no 3 but there is 1 to 4. For the money paid worth every penny. So happy we choose this one. Looks nice with light on or off, but when the flames are on makes the house so cosy. Tried the heat both settings turn out good heat and not noisy really with to on you don’t even notice it on. One last think not a scratch or dint anywhere, it simply perfect.

This fire just looks amazing. The flame effect is really good and the surround lighting gives a nice feel. A sound effect would have made it perfect (although Bolo sell crackle boxes). My wife loves it.

The media could not be loaded. Great experience from start to finish!The fireplace arrived before expected and in perfect condition.The instructions were relatively easy to follow and all the assembly items were there, including extra screws washers etc., I'm an older personand managed to put it together in just over an hour although my younger sister came round at the last stages and put the top shelf on and helped install the heater into the fireplace.A nice touch is the concealed switch and buttons, (just pull the top slat down gently to reveal them) and the whispers of flame licking around the logs.If ever flamme make a fireplace like this, that has heated glass and the occasional crackling sound along with the heater at the bottom of the fireplace instead of at the top I'd be seriously interested.Overall a lovely fireplace, a lot of thought went into this.Well done, we love it!!

Easy to install, really nice to watch flickering flames makes the room feel cosy. Heat is instant and easily controlled, would recommend and value for money.

Easy to put together for a confident d.i.y er , looks lovely and it’s well built , gives off good heat and the led light adds that extra bit of wow . Bought as not buying logs anymore due to price increases.
