The media could not be loaded. Bought it mainly for my knees as they are making a rather loud cracking noises when bending. After taking this for few weeks, it feels that sound is less noticable, maybe it is just my imagination. Tablets although are on the larger side, are easy to swallow. Please note that you can smell light turmeric smell from capsules, but barely noticable.

I have now taken this since Christmas and don’t know whether it’s doing me any good or not. My knees are no worse but certainly no better! Give it another couple of months and hope for the best!!

Great product, great price, however I didn't notice until receiving it that there is no piperene in it, making the turmeric pretty much pointless, as well as reducing the effects of some of the other ingredients.
