Best noodles out there
I like all the momofuku noodles because they don't spike my insulin levels as high as regular noodles. The spicy soy is not my favorite but its pretty good with some added chili oil drizzle.

Professional Chef Spicy Noodles That I Can Make Myself at Home - Yes Please!
I am so excited to know that David Chang has a food line called Momofuku with real and simple ingredients! I have recently become a Naturlite so am always seeking foods that have a shorter and more pure ingredient list. I tried this Spicy Soy Noodle first and love it! it is so easy to make and packs a great flavor! Knowing it is made of good ingredients makes me love it all the more. I added some frozen peas and carrots and chopped up a chicken tender to add some more protein and versatility one time and an egg and scallions another time but loved it just plain. Great wide, wavy noodles with a great texture and bite. Heat was just right but I might get some of his chili crunch to try in the future. I look forward to exploring more of the product line. The noodles have potential. I appreciate that they aren't deep fried like most instant ramen/noodle types. Unfortunately, the flavor is pretty bland, and I don't accept that the reasoning is so people can build up the flavor profile if they want (at consumer cost only). I tried several times with different amounts of the sauce, and all I could feel was my lips tingling and a slippery feeling of the oil. By that example, I would not pay extra for that supposed wonderful crunchy topping. It is empty calories, not filling at all. And a horrible sodium intake.For the cost, and the size of the portions, I am going to say that this would be my last resort for food.Also, there is no indication anywhere on the packaging that it is recyclable or compostable, which should be a requirement nowadays; we are in 2025. I don't really give any cares for the look or design of the package. This is a deal breaker for me. At least with the uber cheap major insta-ramen brands, I'm not wasting my time.
