The media could not be loaded. I did not fit it myself but the plumber said it was no trouble. Looks great, work flawlessly. I've purchased for 4 months ago and I have no complaints. I love its features. Absolute value for money

Nice looking tap and works well. Easy to install.My only concern is that the tap does feel flimsy and so I'd be reticent to swivel it too much, but at this price point that's what you get. The nozzle I'd movable at 360 degrees and has two settings of hose and spray.

Firstly this is a two hole mixer unit with distance between the centres of the holes set at 180mm, please measure and check that your set up meets these criteria otherwise you will be unable to install it.If you are intending to install the mixer yourself then you must first establish how to close the water running through both your hot and cold taps, normally there is either a tap or an isolation valve which must be turned to face perpendicular to the pipe it is in to stop the water.If unsure there are plenty of YouTube videos showing you how to achieve this. I recommend viewing some contortionist positions too to prepare you for getting a wrench in behind the sink!The mixer tap is good value for the price point. It is lightweight in comparison to the unit that I replaced but this was anticipated given the economy and that the older units were heavier in build.I kept my original hoses as they were good quality and also cut to measure, initially there was a slow leak but this was because I had reseated the original washers in my old hoses to the new tap unit (don’t do this!)I then replaced the original washers with the new ones supplied with the new hoses and the leak was fixed.The 360 degree swivel of the spout and the adjustable nozzle with aerator is great for redirecting the water at an angle.

Bought this tap set two years ago. Works great and spray is so handy. Spray broke a few weeks ago, contacted seller and explained and a replacement one was sent out and received within two weeks. Love the taps and love the excellent customer service! Thank you very much!

This product should have been perfect for what I required. I still think the taps were perfect but the hoses/washers were substandard and leaked for me. (I had a plumber try to fit them twice, in the end I had to buy a new set of hoses) What was exceptional was how Bolo dealt with my problem. I want to buy all my products on Bolo, their customer service is second to none.
