It pretty quickly started to fray and eventually snapped. To save the day I bought this, I got the thinner size to make sure it would go through the holes in the beads tbh I could have gone a fair bit thicker in diameter. This thread seems really durable and is quite elastic. It was really easy to cut to the right length and thread through the beads.I ended up doubling the thread just to be on the safe side and I managed to tuck the knot inside one of the beads so it's an invisible join. The end result looked really good and now I've got a happy son and quite a lot of spare thread. Good value for money.

Does what it says. Strong jewellery elastic. Very pleased, and would recommend. It’s so easy to restring a bracelet or ring. Simple instructions are shown on line. Do you never have to use a jeweller again or such an easy job!

This elastic thread is perefect for jewelery making and has a bit og give when tying knots so no fear of it breaking. It was a bit shorter in the amount than expected but overall worth the purchase.

Good quality and used to replace the elastic from a necklace that was over 10 yrs old that snapped. Multi gemstone chips were easily threaded and surgical knots were used to secure. Don’t forget to lightly stretch and use a dab of glue if necessary. Would highly recommend both item and seller. Excellent value for money. Many thanks.

Bought to repair a couple of hematite bracelets with snapped elastic. A bit thinner than I thought but pretty strong. Very hard to tie a knot that doesn't slip, I'm still struggling.
