My daughter loves this set as she loves Barbie and anything pink. This set comes with 2 Barbie Color Reveal micro-dolls, 2 dolphins, 114 bricks and special pieces.The instructions are fantastic and are very easy to follow for children making it an enjoyable build for them.She loves playing with water and the sponge doing the colour reveals..For me this is a 2 in 1 toy.. firstly the initial build teaching fine motor skills etc then secondly the gameplay after, increasing the longevity of the toy.Great for gifting too.

How can we be so sure, well she already has some Barbie sets, she has also been the recipient of a few of the Hogokids sets when I completed them, it was not the plan but when she saw them being done, she really wanted to try and she was really rather good at it, with minimal adult help.So the fact that this set is 114 bricks and colour reveal surprises as well only heightens the anticipation of seeing her face when she unwraps up and starts to play.My only real worry is that this becomes her gateway to the world of Mega Barbie because that will just lead to lots more presents I have not yet planned for, a nice problem to have really.At just £22 the price seems to be relatively normal compared to similar build projects within a brand and will easily make an excellent and much-loved gifting idea.

I got this for my daughter who is Barbies mad. It’s just like Lego, just as good quality.It’s quite small but nevertheless just as good. You can build 3 different little sets. Which are all easy to build and put together. It come with very simple and easy to follow instructions which my 5 year old followed and built this her self. It’s all good quality the blocks are good quality, it’s very colourful and fun.There are multiple different parts to this barbie set that are colour changing. You just need to use water, it’s really reactive to the water changes straight away. This has offered my daughter so much fun. Really easy to put together. Comes with lots of little added extras. Great value for money, it makes a great birthday or Christmas present.

We absolutely love this set. There is so much fun to be had for our kids. It combines so many of their interests! From building the set to having dolls and animals! Our kids are enchanted by the magic of colour changing toys. Not only do the dolls change colour but many parts do. Using warm and cold water to activate the colour change our kids were so excited by it all. Days later they still aren't bored with it and still love to play with the whole set. We especially appreciated it coming with 2 dolls so our kids can play with the set together. It can get a bit messy so it's best played with in a controlled environment such as in the bath or on a towel/Mat, but it is so worth it for the sheer enjoyment it brings. Fantastic value set for all it does.

The MEGA Barbie Color Reveal Dolphin Exploration toy-building set is a lovely building set to keep kids busy. I bought it for my 6-year-old daughter and she loved it. The instruction was clear and she could manage to assemble without much help from a grown-up. While the description covers both, in my opinion, this set might attract girls more. There are a couple of tiny pieces and it is important to keep them away if there are young kids at home. Overall, it is a great building set for kids.

Not only is this building blocks but it also plays into the whole "surprise" field that my daughter has become fascinated by and to top it off there is even some ""color reveal" elements.From the moment she saw this she was jumping up and down with excitement. The models are pretty good and she was able to follow the instructions and complete the build herself without assistance (6). The 'surprises' part added to the excitement, and she took great joy in opening the bags hoping for something special. The color reveal was a nice touch and although it only a couple of small parts it gave the set another dimension.The comments from my daughter were:"I really like the boat and the see-through bit at the back""The dolphins are so cute""The sun beds are so great because they move and can go anywhere"
