Dymatize ISO 100 Hydrolyzed is, without question, one of the better protein powders I’ve used. The quality is clear from the moment you taste it, and it has delivered consistent results in terms of performance and recovery.One of the most notable benefits has been a significant improvement in recovery time. Compared to standard whey, the hydrolysed formulation seems to absorb faster and more efficiently, which has made a real difference when used regularly, particularly when taken twice a day in my experience.Taste-wise, it's excellent when mixed with milk and has a pleasant scent and smooth flavour. However, it doesn’t hold up as well with water, where the taste is noticeably less enjoyable. That said, it’s still perfectly drinkable.Digestion is another strong point. I’ve had issues with other protein powders upsetting my stomach, but this one digests cleanly and without any discomfort, even when taken daily.The only minor drawback is mixability. Super tasty, I chose cookies and cream and it’s delicious! I mix it with milk (if I’m feeling fancy it’s golden top milk) and add a small scoop of glutamine powder and honestly this is the nicest protein I’ve ever had, it mixes so well in a shaker, I would not use a blender of any sort because it goes very frothy and airy.As for the taste I absolutely love it, it is quite sweet so if you really don’t like sweet proteins this may not be for you but honestly I’m not a fan of overly sweet things but I already know my mum would complain about the sweetness, personally this has helped me start to eat in the morning which I usually hate. Starting my day off with lots of energy.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Please don’t buy. It is the most disgusting sickly sweet taste. What a waste of money. Can’t even return it as I opened the jar to try. Couldn’t even finish one scoop as the taste is so repulsive.

Si scioglie benissimo sia con acqua che con latte, senza grumi né schiuma eccessiva.Dal punto di vista nutrizionale è perfetta per chi cerca una whey isolata e idrolizzata: altissima percentuale di proteine per dose, pochissimi carboidrati e praticamente zero grassi. Ottima per il post-allenamento o in fase di definizione.Un altro aspetto importante per me è la digeribilità: la tollero benissimo, senza gonfiore o fastidi allo stomaco, anche presa a stomaco vuoto. Dymatize ISO 100 est l’une des meilleures protéines que j’ai utilisées. Le goût fraise est délicieux et pas du tout artificiel. Elle se dissout très bien, sans grumeaux. Sa texture légère la rend parfaite aussi bien après l’entraînement que pour les smoothies. Comme on peut le voir sur la photo, je l’utilise régulièrement et je l’adore – il ne me reste presque plus rien ! J’utilise les produits de cette marque depuis 4 ans et je n’ai jamais été déçue. À mon avis, c’est la meilleure protéine, elle vaut son prix. Je recommande également les saveurs chocolat et cookies, elles sont tout aussi excellentes! De plus, c’est une très bonne option pour les personnes intolérantes au lactose.
