Dymatize ISO 100 Hydrolyzed is, without question, one of the better protein powders I’ve used. The quality is clear from the moment you taste it, and it has delivered consistent results in terms of performance and recovery.One of the most notable benefits has been a significant improvement in recovery time. Compared to standard whey, the hydrolysed formulation seems to absorb faster and more efficiently, which has made a real difference when used regularly, particularly when taken twice a day in my experience.Taste-wise, it's excellent when mixed with milk and has a pleasant scent and smooth flavour. However, it doesn’t hold up as well with water, where the taste is noticeably less enjoyable. That said, it’s still perfectly drinkable.Digestion is another strong point. I’ve had issues with other protein powders upsetting my stomach, but this one digests cleanly and without any discomfort, even when taken daily.The only minor drawback is mixability. It takes a bit of effort to fully dissolve, usually around two minutes of consistent stirring, but the end result is smooth once you get there.In terms of protein content, it delivers a high yield per serving, so you’re getting a lot of nutritional value without needing to use excessive amounts. Given the quality of the product and the performance benefits, it’s worth the slightly higher price tag. You’re not just paying for protein, you’re paying for results.

I tend to get terrible bloating with whey protein. Swapped to plant based but found they are always low on the essential amino acids you need to build muscle. Some research found hydrolysed protein is easier to digest and yes this is great. I dont get bloated at all, the banana tastes great, not overly synthetic mixes great with water and also with yogurt to make a creamy after dinner snack. Also feel its helping building muscle as making gains in the gym where I was stalling with the vegan plant protein.

WOW!I’ve never liked protein shakes but I’ve drinking ( 7 nutrition isolate ) and it’s good but I wanted to try something different.I went for the chocolate peanut for this product and added milk. 200ml milk to 1 scoop. And woooooow !!! This stuff is heavenly !!! Can’t wait to drink more. I ordered the medium size tub. But I will definitely order the large one next time. It’s so good I don’t know how I’m not gonna think about it every day. So grateful, I’ve picked this protein. Definitely worth trying. I normally have cold water with my old shakes so will try with this one aswell but for some reason I tried milk and wow. I don’t think I could beat the taste of this one.I have an electric shaker and they are defo worth a buy. Mine cost £30.

This is a great tasting protein powder which mixes really well, and so far, no nasty after effects.I am just starting back up again on a new fitness journey after having kids. The last time I had a protein powder, it was gritty and tasted more like a chemical based product, and it was what you would class as a top tier protein powder. I took it regularly when using the gym and running and have tried many other brands in that time.This ISO100 powder is night and day different. I mix with 8oz of water in a Helimix shaker which leaves no sediment. So far, it has not caused me any belly ache or bad wind from drinking it, and helps me restrict the calories while dropping the weight.So good, I now have it on a sub from Bolo.

I am sure this is a very good protein shake, however it is so sweet i can not drink it, to the point i think there is something wrong with it as surely it cant be this sickly sweet?!Back to Optimum Nutrition Whey for me as this has been a waste of £36!

Come sempre, una premessa fondamentale: utilizzo da decenni integratori di proteine in polvere e, come potrete immaginare, ne ho provati di ogni tipo e costo, dalle proteine del siero del latte (concentrate, isolate e idrolizzate) a quelle vegane (tra cui consiglio le proteine del pisello, anch'esse recensite), da quelle più commerciali ai marchi più ricercati e meno noti.Quando acquistate delle proteine del siero del latte, così come tanti altri integratori, è importante prestare attenzione a determinate caratteristiche:- Provenienza materia prima: questi integratori finiranno nel vostro organismo e pertanto avete il sacrosanto diritto di sapere cosa stiate assumendo, quindi non c'è motivo di nascondere, da parte dei singoli produttori, chi siano i fornitori della materia prima;- Presenza di ingredienti certificati;- Inutili aggiunte di ingredienti e componenti superflui e talune volte anche nocivi: evitate proteine la cui quota proteica è innalzata dall'aggiunta di collagene, che nulla ha a che vedere con l'aumento o il mantenimento della massa muscolare (il collagene è utile, ma per altri scopi e va assunto separatamente), o dall'inserimento della creatina (utilissima, specie quella PURE, ma se assunta a parte);- Produzione all'interno dell'Unione Europea o degli Stati Uniti d'America e pertanto osservanza di normative più rigorose;- Presenza ed esposizione del profilo amminoacidico;- Evitate le proteine in polvere in cui vengono inseriti quantitativi spropositati di amminoacidi NON essenziali (acido glutammico in quantità spropositate, per farvi un esempio).Tenuto conto di tutto ciò, le "Dymatize ISO 100 Hydrolyzed" rappresentano un ottimo compromesso qualità-prezzo, forse il migliore incontrato sino ad ora, perché uniscono la qualità del prodotto ad un costo esageratamente conveniente.E i motivi di un tale giudizio derivano dalle caratteristiche dapprima elencate:- Dymatize non nasconde, come invece fanno diversi produttori, soprattutto i marchi più commerciali, il profilo amminoacidico: lo troverete ben chiaro sul loro portale (vi allego uno screenshot apposito) e si tratta di un profilo di tutto rispetto, con valori medio-alti di aminoacidi essenziali;- I livelli di amminoacidi non essenziali sono contenuti e pertanto non mirano a falsare il profilo aminoacidico: come anticipato, molti produttori, per far risultare una quota proteica più elevata, tendono ad alzare i livelli di amminoacidi non essenziali come l'acido glutammico e la serina...Dymatize non rientra, fortunatamente, in questa categoria;- Non ci sono né collagene né creatina né altre aggiunte volte a dare al prodotto un profilo più prestigioso, quando in realtà di solito vengono inserite in quantità talmente basse da risultare inutili;- La quota proteica è elevata (83%);- Sono proteine idrolizzate al 49% e isolate al 48%: qui alcuni di voi potrebbero storcere il naso, non essendo idrolizzate al 100%...inizialmente, non ve lo nascondo, è capitato anche a me, tanto che le ho acquistate solo per testarle, convinto che mi avrebbero dato qualche problemino gastrointestinale, soprattutto dopo anni di idrolizzate pure, il che però non è avvenuto, quindi promuovo il prodotto a pieni voti.Sulle idrolizzate, tra l'altro, ci sono miti tra loro opposti: qualche fuffaguru vi dirà che agiscono più velocemente di quelle isolate e qualche altro, al contrario, sosterrà che le idrolizzate non abbiano un assorbimento migliore rispetto a quelle isolate. La verità sta nel mezzo: disinteressatevi del fatto che le idrolizzate abbiano un effetto migliore o peggiore sulla vostra massa muscolare e concentratevi sul punto che siano maggiormente digeribili, il che non è poco, soprattutto per tutti coloro che hanno una digestione lenta o problemi di vario genere (ernia jatale, reflusso gastroesofageo, intolleranze minime etc.), per cui una maggiore digeribilità non sarà di certo una cosa da poco, anche nella percentuale del 49%;- Dymatize produce in stabilimenti ispezionati e autorizzati dalla FDA (Food and Drug Administration), il che vi garantisce una maggiore sicurezza, dato il controllo ferreo dell'Autorità;- Viene testato per la presenza di sostanze vietate tramite il programma Informed-Choice, una certificazione riconosciuta per garantire la sicurezza degli atleti, il che indica che il prodotto è stato sottoposto a controlli rigorosi per assicurare l’assenza di doping e contaminazioni da sostanze proibite;- E' senza glutine (gluten free) e ha un contenuto di zuccheri e sale davvero irrisorio e trascurabile;- Consistenza eccezionale: si sciolgono in 150-180ml d'acqua in un soffio, senza lasciare residui pastosi o fastidiosi grumi.Io ho provato il gusto Gourmet Vanilla ed è fantastico: sembrerà di bere un frappè, una bevanda con un sapore così buono da volerne ancora, senza però gli effetti negativi sulla digestione tipici del latte. Non ha nessun retrogusto chimico, non provoca nausea e non tende a lasciare sapori/odori strani in bocca.Poi, ovviamente, il gusto è prettamente soggettivo, motivo per cui potrete scegliere una qualsiasi delle varianti commercializzate (e sono tante).Ottimo il mega misurino: un solo riempimento e vi sarete garantiti la quota giornaliera da utilizzare, senza doverlo riempire più volte.Confrontate la quantità di amminoacidi delle proteine che usate adesso con quelle di questo prodotto e valutate se sia o meno il caso di cambiare, anche tenendo conto del prezzo. Io mi trovo benissimo e mi sento di consigliarvele.Questo non significa che non vi siano altri marchi parimenti validi, ma solitamente quelli iper-pubblicizzati da influencer e fuffaguru del settore presentano diverse carenze. Sul mio profilo troverete anche la recensione delle NET VB WHEY 104 9088 ELITE, a mio parere leggermente superiori a queste Dymatize, ma con un costo pari esattamente al doppio (se voleste acquistare un quantitativo di 2264g delle Net, vi ritrovereste a sborsare 140/150€, contro i 75€ delle Dymatize...non è il caso).State attenti e ragionate sempre con la vostra testa.Consigliatissimo!!!
