I'm no expert, but the thickness and weight, definitely sturdy plates, suggest not.But, at the end of the day, they look good, do the job, are easy to clean and are a great price, so life's too short and all that.Oh, and Mike, "NOT MICROWAVE SAFE Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 July 2024", microwave safe doesn't mean that they can be heated up in the microwave, it means that they won't explode and kill you with shrapnel or poison you with released toxins. If you've got plates that do heat up, on their own in the microwave, I'd be careful around your plates AND your microwave.

Great quality, sturdy and seem durable, especially for the price. Smaller than I expected (a fault of my own as I didn’t check the dimensions). Also, I liked the slight curved nature, would be great at keeping juices from running off the plate when eating.

These plates are exactly what I wanted. They have a modern look (rather like the Denby product but white). they have a nice curve to them so that gravy dosn't spill over . Very pleased with them and delivery was very quick. Good product and very reasonable price.
