This has two speeds, one of which gives a deep cleanse. It came with a European plug. I rang Philips customer care and they sent a charger to my home via recorded delivery free of charge. Excellent customer service. It keeps charge for around two weeks. It came with a case which is handy for travel. This toothbrush keeps my teeth free from plaque, and tartar. My teeth are whiter since using this toothbrush twice a day. It has a timer which is really useful. Feels sturdy. I dropped it on a hard floor from head height, and no damage at all. Good value for money.

I bought this for my husband as his old one had come to the end of its life. He really likes it as it is lightweight to hold and does a good job of cleaning his teeth

Works well and cleans well. 2 settings - a soft clean and a more 'vigorous' clean. A timer cuts the power after 2 minutes so you don't over brush (yes, it is a thing). The battery last for about 12 day before the charge light starts flashing, You'll get 4 more cleans before it stops altogether. My only gripe is the recharge time (and why I only gave 4 stars). Nearly 4 hours to get a full charge. Ridiculous, but other reviewers have mentioned this. Otherwise, it's a good product.

After using Oral B for many years I fancied a change. Wow, sooo much better and so glad I did. Been using this for a few months now and can't fault it at all. Battery life is better, the way it works is better, I prefer the heads as more like a full size toothbrush as such. The price if the heads is possibly the only downside, but I can live with that. I'm that impressed with that I got my son one too.

An easy one-star for a product, sold on the back of the Phillips brand, but lacking in quality and robustness. After 8 months of regular use, the actual drive unit has shaken itself loose and is now un-useable. Outside the refund window but, to be honest, it's no great loss. Give it a miss.

I have been using this for some time now. I am very pleased indeed. The quality of the clean is excellent. The battery seems to last exceptionally well. This is the best electric toothbrush I have had, and I have tried at least 5 other brands and models.

I bought this to replace another Philips SoniCare brush that lasted over 10 years. Just over 2 years after I purchased it, the sensor that indicates if you are pressing too hard stopped working, and simultaneously the metal pin (that holds the toothbrush head) started to become loose, with the result that it now makes a really loud and unnerving noise while brushing.I guess the two issues are related. I don’t press very hard when I brush but it has been useful to have the indicator (which probably briefly activated once or twice each time I brushed).I haven’t checked other reviews to see if this is a problem, but this may be a weak point in the design.I believe my brush is just out of warranty now (typical) and I am disappointed that it didn’t last as long as the previous one. Thinking carefully about whether to buy another one because it was a significant outlay.
Gut.

BonjourProduit arrivé en temps et en heure mais non conforme à la description : il manque en effet la boîte de rangement. J’avais commandé ce modèle exprès pour cela c’est dommage. Retour demandé.
Gutes Ergebnis, aber kein Euro-Stecker!
Ich hab sie ne Weile getestet, bis ich sie laden musste... was leider nicht ging, da der Stecker nicht kompatibel war. Die beiden Stecker sind minimal zu eng und passten daher nicht in ne 08/15 Steckdose.
Works very well
Cleans very well. Had a rotating brush 20 years ago. Didn't clean my teeth well. This brush does! I've tested with coloring pills afterwards - totally clean uncolored teeth. Not a noisy brush = comfortable.
