So firstly I need to say this remote works amazingly well on my old Samsung 50inch LCD. Every function works as it is supposed to, menu, source, guide, tools, info… you get the point lol. Every button works as described. Better than expected for the price £3.99 for me.Now to the not so great. The remote was delivered on its own and in a bubble wrap sleeve. Fine by me keep the cost low. However some of the rubber buttons (3 to be precise) were hanging out of the remote casing so needed pushing back in. And the battery compartment cover would not budge by hand. So needed to use a butter knife to force it open. Again no instructions or box. But as it states did not need to do any set up it worked straight away (once I managed to get batteries in it).
