Plus; as an altruist myself, a percentage of each sale does support others, and that is to be only commended.So, I trust in others that it works, (from their aforementioned comments) and I have not experienced any negative issues whilst using this product, and to my knowledge, the composition has not changed since first purchasing.

This product. For me. Works a treat! It's absolutely amazing after using for a month, I've since bought my second tube. A little goes a long way. Very hydrating. Non greasy. Soaks in well. And keeps my rosacea dry skin at bay. Wouldn't use anything else now. Very reasonably priced too! Slightly scented and is lovely.

This is a beautiful gel formula and it is very moisturising. I have sensitive skin and no reaction to this. It also comes up well on the Yuka app. I did have a reaction though to their SPF50. It really stings around the eyes. Only received today and cannot return it :-(

I ordered this to help me soothe and protect my skin during a severe flare up of what is probably rosacea. After 3 months of spreading raised red lumps, scaly and itchy skin on my face I was getting desperate to find something to help. I stopped doing anything to my face ( such as oatmeal face masks, tea tree oil cleansers, honey etc, which only seemed to make things worse). I do not wear any makeup. I am now using only this Altruist moisturiser several times a day, combined with the Altruist sunscreen and colour correction when I go outdoors. My skin has settled down, the redness and raised lumps gradually lessening over about a week. Not all gone but I am hopeful of getting a clear skin back in time. The product is absorbed quickly and keeps my skin supple overnight. The price us very reasonable and I am happy to go on using it.

I’ve been using the Altruist Dermatologist Moisturising Body Lotion with 6% Urea for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely impressed. It’s incredibly hydrating without feeling greasy, and my skin feels soft and smooth all day long. The 6% urea concentration is perfect for tackling dry patches and rough skin, especially during the winter months. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the texture of my skin, and it absorbs quickly, making it great for daily use. It also has a gentle, non-overpowering scent, which is a bonus. Overall, a fantastic product for anyone with dry or sensitive skin! Highly recommend it.

Nichts für Silikon-Phobiker. Ansonsten Top Produkt, parfumfrei, hoher Anteil an niedermolekularer Hyaluronsäure und aktiv Feuchtigkeit spendenden und haltenden Inhaltsstoffen. Leicht auf der Haut, zieht schnell ein, hinterlässt keinen Glanz, verursacht bei mir keinerlei Unreinheiten. Nach dem cremen aber nicht völlig schwerelos auf der Haut. Ideal, um beispielsweise Trockenheit durch Tretinion oder hochdosiertem Retinol entgegenzuwirken. Benutze ich sehr gerne an „wirkstofffreien“ Abenden als unkomplizierte Nachtpflege oder zum „buffern“ über Wirkstoffpflege. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Zur Einordnung: Mein Hauttyp Mischhaut mit bei hohen Temperaturen Tendenz zu leicht fettender Haut, im Winter unter Heizungsbedingungen eher feuchtigkeitsarm und gelegentlich Tendenz zu partieller Trockenheit (dies aber auch den Wirkstoffen Retinol 1% und Tretinoin 0.5% geschuldet).
