The media could not be loaded. I really like the style of this product but the inside of the flower comes off. Which makes it wobbly when you use it can means the stick can fall over quite easily, if anyone was to brush past so would lead to disaster. I would recommend super glueing the flower down. Also the mat underneath is not big enough to catch the ashes so they fall everywhere again would recommend putting something else underneath if you don't want them falling.Lovely little design and I am keeping it but may need some little changes.Thank You

Lovely incense holder. Very pretty and holds the incense well. Catches the incense ash as well and easy to clean.

The bottom layer is just a felt pad and worrying it does not catch the ash as photo shows,we had to brush ash off table several times and there was not window or door open to blow the ash.

Molto bello, fa la sua figuraL'unica pecca è che se il bastoncino dell'incenso è un po' troppo lungo la cenere cade fuori dal porta incenso ma assicurandosi di posizionare il tappetino in dotazione più a lato e non centrato il problema si risolve

اللى وصل عرضها أد عقلتين الصباع تقريبا مش ١٥ سم زى ما مكتوب فى الصورة والقاعده البنى غير موجوده

Me gusta el diseño pero es muy muy pequeño, toda la ceniza cae fuera, lo pongas en el agujero que lo pongas, además de no tener estabilidad ninguna la car8ta de incienso.
