Excellent for summer rolls and, brushed with oil, can be baked spring rolls too. Easy to use providing you soak them till just before they go really floppy. Fun to make. No difference in taste between these and white rice ones.

The product came well packaged and delivery was great. This product is a handy low fat alternative to a large meal. Nice healthy late nice snack. You can fill with your choice of filling. However do not overfill as it’s then hard to close together.

The eating plan I am on does not include white rice but it does include brown rice so I was very excited to find these. They are delicious and great for making fresh summer rolls and baked dumplings.

Good, but...purple?!
Why are they purple? The photo shows these (purple) next to the previous (another brand) organic brown rice paper I was finishing. These have a delicate flavor and texture. They tear easier than the other brand I've used. Enjoyable, but I'd really like to understand why these are purple?

Our family loves this wrapper, and it is now a weekly family favorite dinner! We were in search of an organic brown rice paper that was reasonably priced. The previous brand we bought was prohibitively expensive, and I found this during my search. Pleasantly surprised!! My young girls love that it is pink in color, and they can make their own spring rolls! It's been a great way to get veggies in! Also love that it is a 3 pack!
