Excellent tea and individually wrapped. Box was packaged well and not damaged. The smell is not strong but the taste is strong and grainy after a while as the content diffuses out. Would buy again as it’s non bleached and organic!

I'm 46 and needed an energy boost! These teabags certainly do that.As well as an energy boost turmeric and ginger are said to help with inflammation, immunity, and pain. I have read elsewhere that turmeric can boots your metabolism and ginger can control your appetite.It has helped me, I feel a lot more energetic and my shoulder pain is better.I drink mine with some honey so it's more palatable, but I have a sweet tooth!
