Economical electrolyte option
Like others, I purchased this for a DIY electrolyte option. As far as flavor, there is a noticeable difference compared to plain water, but it is very faint. Mixed with iced tea and you can’t even tell it’s in there.While I’m not as well informed about this stuff, or clear as to which type is better, I do know that if I skip my daily cocktail my body notices.Search the recipe, is really simple… salt, potassium, magnesium. It’s that simple.
