Upon opening the box, the product and accessories were neatly presented. I first read the instructions so I was familiar with how to use everything. I downloaded the app on my iPhone using the QR code in the instruction manual, very straight forward. The tool only needed 15 minutes of charging to reach full battery, so it comes pre-charged to near full capacity. It was very simple to connect to my phone, nice clear realtime imagery which you can press a button on the interface to take photos, zoom and also record video if you want to.Now, the reason I purchased this product is because I have had issues with poor hearing in one ear. This has been going on for years! I have gone to multiple ENT visits at the hospital where they just confirm my ear is blocked with hard wax and keep passing me around as it seemed no-one wanted to tackle the issue, as a ‘non-priority’ case for them, but obviously a priority for me! I decided to take matters into my own hands with this product. I first loosened the solid block of wax, which had taken the shape of my ear canal as it had been there for so long! I used an ear-wash spray bottle with warm water only for several minutes. Then I simply went into my ear with this tool and managed to delicately get the entire block of wax out of my ear! Once it was removed, I looked back in my ear canal with the camera and could see my beautiful eardrum which had been completely covered for years!! So, I solved my own problem using this tool and I can’t recommend it enough! It was so satisfying removing the massive, hard lump of wax! Very happy customer here. Definitely give it a go, just be patient and careful around your sensitive ear drum.The photo is of the hideous, massive block of wax that was removed and then also my lovely, clean eardrum afterwards!

I'm very impressed with the quality and ease of use. You need to download a corresponding app to use this kit, but it's all pretty straightforward. Within 10 minutes of opening the pack and reading the instructions, I was treated to a very magnified view of inside my ear. The tool to scrape up any residue is very soft to the touch and doesn't hurt at all. It also doesn't get hot while in the ear. Of course, you still have to be careful, so I wouldn't advise going beyond what is easily visible and comfortable. It's easy to rinse off and keep clean before the next use. I've used this twice so far, and it's highly functional. Also seems to be fairly durable and well made. Should you want to keep footage of your ear-cleaning exploits, the app also allows you to record the session. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Easy to connect to phone, easy to follow directions, easy to use. It comes with silicone ear spoon covers, brush, charger and other tools.It’s best to make sure any ear wax is softened by using softening ear drops beforehand. This nifty little tool is so good, you can see where ear wax is or isn’t, gives a clear view of the ear drum, so you don’t go too far in and enables you to clean your ears from wax very easily. I now have wax free ears that I would’ve had to pay between £65-£80 to have done as the NHS doesn’t provide this service any more.Tinnitus is still evident, but at least I know it’s not wax causing it.Great value for the price!

Bought this as I had previous issues with compacted ear wax that had to be removed by a professional. Did not want it to get to that point again so bought this to see what my ears were like after a while.Set up - Easy enough to do, there is a QR code in the manual that takes you to the app in the relevant App Store. It was easy to connect the device, just follow the on screen instructions and you’re on.Camera quality - at first the picture seemed a bit jumpy and poor, however once it’s is in you’re ear and you’re gentle with it it is perfect for what it’s designed for. Considering price, camera quality is good.Silicone heads - comes with a variety of different silicone heads, tried a few different ones and all were effective at removing wax.Battery life - have not used for an extended period of time, but no issues so far.Advice - if you are using this to remove wax, please only try gently and if it’s not coming away, apply some olive oil eat drops and try again another day. You don’t want to force anything and potently damage delicate ear drums.Summary - overall a useful product and good quality given price, I would recommend

Very poor quality, and video for product is incorrect. Received this morning. Silicone cover came torn. It is incredibly thin and fragile. The ear wax remover tool CANNOT be removed as stated in the video. I needed this just to examine the ear, so wanted to be able to remove the tool.

Bought this as my right ear was really badly impacted and drops just were not working. Now my ears are smaller (as a child I was teased) but I didn’t think this would affect this tool. How wrong I was. The tool in itself is good, easy to connect and good clear quality, scarily so. But I can’t get it into my ear deep enough without it hurting. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong but I’ve just realised it’s possibly because my ears are smaller and more compact, sorry that sounds odd, but even at different angles I can only get it so far in my ear, and from the angle that I can get it in, I can’t see anything from the camera because of the weird angle. I’ve been able to get some out but not all.Good in theory as long as your ears are a normal size.

Exceptional Ear Canal Care and Viewing at Home!

Surprisingly Very Intuitive to Use

I bought this not expecting the ear cleaning portion to work as I was only interested in the camera. I've been using earbuds a lot while on my computer and I've been having problem with my hearing. I wanted to know what's going on in there so I decided to pull the trigger on buying one of these ear cleaning camera.Tip for first time user:Make sure the attachment clicks into place before you putting it in into your ear canal. I didn't know how hard I need to rotate the attachment and think it was already tight and putting it into my ear and sure enough, the horror story of the attachment came off in the ear canal came true. However, I manage to use the spare attachment and actually hear the click to then have the confidence of digging the other attachment out without much incident. I never have that incident after that.Pro:- The app installs without much incident- The camera is very clear- The attachment is very securely attached (if you hear the click)- The camera is gimballed so your camera isn't actually rotating when you rotate the tool.- You can record your ear cleaning sessionCons:- You need to know what you're doing- You need to be well coordinated- The camera requires you to switch WiFi to the device (and return it back when you're done)- The girth of the stem is pretty large for most ear.When I mentioned the girth, I meant if you need to go deeper to get into the problem area. With this device, I don't think it was meant to go too deep into the ear canal. It was meant to be used for cleaning the canal close to the opening, and it is great for that.When the thickest part start to form a perfect seal with my ear canal, I started to feel pressure in the ear and it starts to hurt. I was getting stubborn and wanted to take the compacted ear wax out. Then I start feeling something lifted, and I though I removed the wax that was blocking my hearing. I can hear better than before. I do feel a slight sting around the ear drum which lead me to believe that I may have torn my ear drum during the process by pushing air through it. I let it be for a few days and it may have been fully healed now.My recommendation is to not go too deep with this thing, and if you started to feel pressure and pain, stop and back out. I think this device will benefit having some air way that will prevent full air seal in the canal.Why did I give this a five stars after all that?- The price is very reasonable- The picture quality is very good for its price- It works for me despite some mishapsIf you're going to get this type of ear cleaning camera, get this one. The attachment is secure (I don't even want to think about other brand that doesn't have the click). The gimballed camera is great, I have no problem figuring out with way is up or down. You can switch between left and right ear mode on the provided software. Believe it or not, you do get turned around between the left and right ear. Switching them make them more intuitive to navigate.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Ohrreiniger mit Kamera! Die Verbindung mit dem Smartphone war super einfach (bei mir mit dem iPhone) und die Bildqualität ist beeindruckend – man sieht alles sehr klar dank der 5MP Kamera und den LED-Lichtern. Das Gerät liegt gut in der Hand, ist hochwertig verarbeitet und die verschiedenen Aufsätze bieten für jede Situation das Richtige. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass das Gerät wasserdicht ist und somit leicht gereinigt werden kann. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich so etwas mal regelmäßig benutze – aber es macht die Ohrreinigung wirklich sicherer und effektiver. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
