    've been using the Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules with Mother for a month now, and my experience has been mixed.The capsules are a great way to take apple cider vinegar without dealing with the strong taste and acidity of the liquid form. I’ve found the capsules to be easy on my stomach, and they don’t cause the same burning sensation that the liquid form sometimes does.I haven’t noticed significant changes in my energy levels, digestion, or weight.

    For health, and slimming purposes I have been using Cider Vinegar for the last couple of years. It does unfortunately taste vile, and we have been warned that it can eat into the enamel of the teeth, so capsules are an alternative. I am taking one of these capsules in the morning after breakfast, and still using the liquid form at night, so hard to say if the capsules are as good really. Taking the fluid in the evening means I am cleaning my teeth afterwards, but in the morning teeth cleaning is usually before breakfast.The tasteless capsules are easy to take with a glass of water, and leave no aftertaste, unlike the liquid vinegar. Only time will tell if the capsules are as effective as the liquid, but certainly more pleasant to take.

    Not sure what all the hype is about really .... I think that it a bit of a placebo..A large strong coffee does the job better, and fills you up. Only my opinion though... Try it... I will not be again..
