I have used other well regarded brands in the past ( e.g. Nutrivita) but I can definitely say, this one takes the top spot, especially because it has the added digestive enzymes which I think play a major role in the effectiveness. My digestion is just absolutely spot on, no bloating, minimal passing of gas and at that odur free. I'm very impressed and this will be my staple go to probitoic !Edit: I have recently upped my dosage to the recommended 2 capsules and I can say that beneficial effects as aformentioned have been very noticeably boosted !

Started taking these to try and sort my digestive system out...and also because I'm a great believer in the importance of good gut health.I'm on my second bottle now, and if I'm honest I can't say I've noticed anything at all...I still get heartburn and still have a unsettled digestive system. But, I've gone through most ot this winter without picking up any colds or flu or stomach bugs, which in my work is almost impossible to avoid, so maybe they are doing their job in intercepting bad bacteria and viruses.They haven't caused me any problems so I'll keep taking them and they are a good price compared to some of the others.

C'est dans ce cadre là que je les ai pris.J'apprécie que ces gélules contiennent des probiotiques ET des prébiotiques, ça en fait un produit complet.Pour ma part j'ai très bien toléré, pas de goût particulier.J'ai ressenti du mieux niveau ballonnement et mal de ventre.Je trouve le prix très accessible ( 12€ pour 1 mois, et le tarif est dégressif ).

Sono mesi, forse anni che sto soffrendo di gonfiori addominali, diarrea e stitichezza. Ho provato a togliere il latte ma niente, Ho provato a ridurre i farinacei ma niente. Ho cominciato a mangiare molte verdure. Il miglioramento c'è stato ma non ancora soddisfacente. Il microbiota è un organo importantissimo che si è costituito in decenni e non ho speranze di cambiarlo in poche settimane. Ho provato questi fermenti cominciando con 3 al giorno per una settimana e poi una al giorno. Da subito i sintomi si sono alleviati. Dopo una settimana andava molto molto meglio. Non posso pensarmi guarito ma posso uscire senza starmi a preoccupare di gonfiori o di un'imminente diarrea.

Ces probiotiques ont sauvé ma flore intestinale. Après avoir passé deux ans sous anti-inflammatoires, j’avais des remontées acides quotidiennes que rien ne soulage Rêtais, jusqu’à ce que je teste cette marque. Il m’aura fallu 3 mois de cure pour que tout revienne à la normale, mais depuis je n’ai plus jamais eu de problème. Je commande régulièrement depuis, notamment en périodes de fêtes ou de stress.
