I normally have neck pain and I don't like the regular adult neck travel pillow because too big at the back, making it difficult for me to rest my head on the seat. I used this one for to go from UK to thailand and even on a night bus, I didn't have that issue it worked perfectly.Obviously being designed for kids, if your neck is thick you won't be able to close the button at the front. Maybe best for women/girls.

Good but too tight for my 2 years old. When I fit the button which my kid always want done, it looks like she'll choke in a minute and looks so uncomfortable that I have to take it off.

On rare occasions we need to travel in our van so our 2.5 year old is forward facing in a very upright seat. She finds it hard to nap as her head bobs forward, wakes her up and she complains of a sore neck.I researched options and many were unsafe (for example, the strap one that holds their forehead can snap their spine in a crash!). I found a neck cushion was the safest option.Many of the neck cushions for young children are the same width all the way round which doesn’t work in the car seat as it pushes their head forward. This one is slimmer at the back so this works better.The cushioned part at the front is very large which works well and the poppers at the front stop her chin falling too low. Although large, it doesn’t restrict her breathing or cover her mouth or nose and it stops her head lolling about.As you can see by the pictures her head still slumps forward but she doesn’t keep waking up due to her head moving around as the van moves.She is on the small side for her age so I was worried it would be too big. However, it does what I need it to do and fits due to the poppers at the front.Have only used on one journey so I can’t comment on durability. However, it arrived well packaged and good condition and looks and feels well made.In summary…stops her neck hurting, and will do the job on the few occasions we need to go on longer journeys. Still sleeps better in a tilted rear facing car seat

This is an ok head rest, the quality is good but my son finds the large balls ant the front a bit uncomfortable after a time,but for the price ok
